Nothing positive to say after my last encounter were they rejected replacing my Water Softener because it was considered too old when I had just had it maintained the same time when I replaced my hot water tank just 3 years prior. My second encounter the call was taken a quickly dealt with the only thing was couldn't be fix (Garbage disposal) so they replaced it with a cheaper model and we barely use it because it is so nosy I paid the extra $200 to replace it with the say model!! I should have never went with Choice Home Warranty a complete mistake sales person misrepresented the product.
