Needed a refrigerator replaced and they didn’t make it happen in time. It took forever to get the replacement. It was the worst experience I’ve had with any warranty company. The need to be shut down.

They are terrible. The didn’t caver my garage door opener that needed to be fixed. They never respond to my calls. They don’t have any customer service at all. I am going to cancel my contract and get a refund.
