I see little value in using Choice Home Warranty. The repair people rarely showed up, one of them took my $65 and never returned, they cancel at the last minute, it's generally been a very bad experience

My AC went out. It took three days for a tech to come out to look at and then it took two weeks before it got repaired. I live in Florida and it was 85 degrees in the house. They do not care about their customers.

It was ninety three degrees outside and they told me people didn’t work on the weekends but when the person did end upcoming they said they did work on the weekend. I would not take the warranty if they gave it for free.
