Not good. It’s not good value. When it expires I am going to stop using it. There is a lot of small print and exclusions so it is hard to use. I have to pay for major repairs myself.

I needed to use my warranty for a stove igniter. The gentleman came out as prescribed at the appropriate time and he took care of the problem and all went very well. The customer service is always professional and friendly they're knowledgeable and they take care of the issues.

When it comes to their claim denial process, they appear to not be very thorough. We has a toilet issue and they sent a technician who is not a plumber and he found and issue that wasn’t really the problem.
