I haven't had a bad experience with the experiences I had even though they didn't pay all the claims, that it was probably in the contract, and they explain why even when I had an issue with them not paying the claim when the contract was clearly against me. They came up with the resolution to help me out, they met me halfway. Each time I called, the very same day in a few minutes I received an email with my claim number and shortly after that, most of the time within two hours, I was getting an email telling me who my contractor was. I just had exceptional customer service. I find that everything is really quick. I don't have to wait for service.

They answered all my questions, call me back, and I didn't have a problem getting in contact with them. I was a little disappointed because my conditioner wasn't covered because my heating unit was not covered so I had to come out of pocket for that. That was a little discouraging but recently I did have them come for a small plumbing problem that I had that was taken care of and I was happy with the company that they chose. I also did use them once when I had a problem with my hot water heater. I was able to get someone to come out and fix it because I needed to have hot water before they could assign somebody and they did. They have reimbursed me without a problem.

One time I had to use my warranty with the garage door. There was a company in Kingsport, TN to come to fix it and they came back three or four times and never did get it fixed. They kept charging me every time they came out, which I have a letter from the email stating that there would be no charge for the coming back out and the guy was really rude. So we finally got it resolved after they called someone from North Carolina to come over here and fix it and they fixed it and said there was nothing at all fixed right on it. They said it was just taped together and no wonder it wouldn't work half the time. They fixed it and we haven't had any problem and the home warranty gave me a refund for the times that we were charged when the people from Kingsport were charging me. They have always stayed behind us as customers.

The quality is excellent. When I put in a claim they use the contact company and they contact me in response and will come out to serve me in a reasonable time. They communicate with me on issues of concern on a regular basis when I put in a claim. One time I needed to have my garbage disposal repaired and a service man came out and took care of that and replaced it. Another time I had issues with my microwave. Unfortunately, they were not able to fix it for me and they said that they were not able to replace it so I was disappointed with that being that I was a long time customer I was not even offered twenty dollars toward purchasing another one so those are two different situations.

Great value, better price than American Home Shield and I keep renewing because they have treated me very fairly. The first time I used them was for the garage door and the gentleman was extremely professional polite knew exactly what had gone wrong got his parts shipped to him and it was great. He got the job done in minimal time. When I had some roof damage they answered the phone immediately. They got in touch with the roofing repair and he called me back basically within an hour and we schedule the date and time to get that repair done. They have a great plan for buying a 3 year warranty and they give you a bonus for another half a year.

They were very responsive. I actually had two incidents. I bought my house. The first one was covered, the second one was not. Every time I've dealt with them, they were very quick to schedule contractors to come out to the house. They were very pleasant to work with and really seem to have it together. My garage door came off the rails. And I called Choice and they had somebody lined and came out the very next morning and took care it. I didn't have to do a lot of paperwork. It was just a good transaction over all. My air conditioner and heater broke and they contacted the company to come out and fix it for us. They have fast response time and availability of contractors to do the work. The customer service person I've dealt with the most is excellent. Knowing the customer's needs and really taking care of it.

I called customer service and they handled setting up the appointment and everything. When my claim was denied I called back and they told me they didn't have anyone I could talk to. My realtor told me there was a name and number on my booklet they gave me at closing. So I called her and she set me up with someone who was wonderful and explained everything. But I had to go through that whole process to get someone to explain to me why they were refusing my claim. My only complaint is that it should be easier for a consumer to get to the right person to talk about their case because customer service really can't tell you anything.

I was with choice for a couple of years and I decided to go somewhere else and I realized how good I had it and I came back. I wish I had stayed and I am glad I am back. They have always been courteous and very responsive. The last time I used it was with the dryer and someone responded to me within a few hours to schedule something for the following day. Choice didn't fight it at all and covered it 100 percent. They kept their promise. They are very professional and the technicians are very professional and I am very satisfied. I hope to stay a long time customer because I couldn't be happier.

They've always provided great technicians, they've covered everything that was in the contract, and have always gone above and beyond to make sure that my appointments are done within a twenty four hour time frame. Over the summer I needed to use the warranty to cover a capacitor that went out for my AC unit and they covered it. They actually were able to track down the part because the part was being delayed and I had to escalate the issue. They handled it and were able to track things down for me. My experience was positive. Anytime that I've had to call them about an issue, they've always been able to take care of me with great customer service. Anytime I call them, they are available. I've never been on hold long and they also have the option to go online and submit your claim. They give you thirty days if something isn't working, to call them and have a technician come out and repair it or make sure that it isn't working properly. So I've had a really wonderful experience with them.

They were very fair to me. I had a case where my furnace died and I needed to do an emergency repair. I didn't go through the proper procedure because I didn't exactly understand that they have to approve the person for the work, so they lent me some of the money that I needed for my repair. Next time I needed something, they sent somebody out the next day and it was done right away. I was very satisfied with the outcome of that. They do what they promise they will do and I don't have any complaints. I was so satisfied with this service that I got a service for my daughter who is a new homeowner so I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

They've been very helpful and we haven't had any problems getting the service technician out here for whatever we needed. We recently had our element go out on our oven and my husband called and reported it right away. I think within a day someone came out. We live in a rural area and the largest city is like two hours away and someone came out the next day and found out what the problem was. They ordered a part and was back within two days to have it fixed. We have a real old oven, it's from the sixties. We were so thrilled and the man was very nice and professional and took care of it right away. We couldn't have asked for better customer service.

We have called upon some of their service contractors on a couple of occasions. They have been experts in their field. They were friendly and accommodating and helpful with other questions that we had. Billing was as expected. The customer service people answer right away and are ready to answer your questions on the spot. We used the warranty to have the garage door repaired. We also had two ceiling fans that died. We had to purchase the fans ourselves but they gave us a credit per fan and the contractor game and installed the new fans and talked to us about other lighting issues we had in the unit. He did a perfect job. I was a little surprised that there was a very limited amount they allowed per fan so you couldn't really buy a nice fan for the money. But they gave us the money for it right away.

They were very responsive any time I call. I like the twenty four hour ability to put a claim in. When I have a question about the repairs they answer the phone quickly. I came back from being out of town and my refrigerator and freezer had gone out. I called probably about six thirty at night and they had a repair man call me that night and scheduled an appointment the next day to see what the problem was. The repair people were very knowledgeable and professional. They put the claim into choice and within a couple of days it was fixed. I had a different home warranty that was a lot more expensive. The only thing I don't like about choice is there's a lot of little things that aren't covered by choice. Stuff like the ice maker is not covered. They are a good company so far in my experience.

We chose Choice because American Home Shield kept raising their prices every two months. Every time I try to get ahold of them there is no issues. You can go online and take care of it or you can call them up. They've got someone on the phone to talk to you and walk you through what you need to do. If they don't cover it they will explain to you why and make sure you understand. Plain and simple. The last time we used our warranty I had a leak in the downstairs bathroom. They came out and took a look at it and knew exactly what they were dealing with. They walked me through how to get ahold of my insurance company and the insurance company took over from there. Then Choice Home Warranty came back and finished up. They made everything look so brand new and absolutely perfect. Everybody we've had come out has been very professional. I recommend them to all my friends.

My mom is ninety six and she uses choice home warranty and she had talked to me about how they came out and did the work so I went ahead and shortly after purchased it in about 2010 and I have been satisfied with it. When I call or file a claim, I get a timely response, though sometimes there is some lag between authorizing the claim and being able to get a service representative to come out. During the winter, my heater went out and I live in Alaska so it was ten below zero and they were able to move were quickly on that one and we were able to make do on space heaters for the twenty four hours. So far it has been a positive experience and they are very clear on what I have covered or not.

I haven't been with them that long and we had a problem with our HVAC heating unit and they got in touch with us right away. Got in touch with a repairman and we had the problem fixed when he came back because they had to order parts. The only time I've used them it was to repair my heating unit. I got in touch with Choice Home Warranty, made a claim and they called me back the same afternoon to say they would be getting in touch with a repair person and they said the repair company would be in contact with me the very next day. They called me up and made an appointment for two days later and they took care of everything. They handle their business very professionally and as soon as they can.

They were very prompt in calling me and getting me the information I needed for the service repair person coming out. They gave me a heads up on when he was coming, who was coming, and what time he was coming. I was impressed with that. The first time I used my warranty, my washer was giving me trouble and my cooktop. It was the same skilled tradesman that I paid the deposit one time. The service person came out the next week, did the evaluation on what he had gotten part numbers for and everything. I'm waiting on him to come back and repair. I'm in the middle of the first repair because the time and ease of placing the order didn't go very well.

I chose Choice Home Warranty because they have a reasonable monthly payment. I had another warranty company and we had too many disputes. So Choice Home Warranty would tell you right up front if they can fix the appliance or not. They don't just send someone out and you pay them and then it can't be fixed. That did happen once but Choice Home Warranty did refund me for the out of pocket I had to pay. When I call the customer service, they can hook us up with the person that can do the work for us. I haven't had any problems with that and even if they can't find anyone, if I have a person and they approve of it, the work still can be done. Recently, they sent someone out that did not do the job, but I was refunded for it. I have called them for the refrigerator and that was taken care of.

Anytime I've called them, they have been quite responsive and schedule repairs as soon as possible but they've been very nice over the phone to me every time. Just recently I was having a problem with my refrigerator. It was over cooling and freezing some of the items. I called and had a little bit of difficulty getting someone out, but within about three days I was able to get someone and he was extremely nice and it went very well. It was very smooth. I've had no difficulty with anyone. They've all been quite professional and have done what I would consider excellent work. I think the only drawback I have seen is that as I Mentioned, there are times when I have to wait a few days to get someone out, but they always give me the opportunity to go ahead and find someone on my own and then work it out with them.

Every time we call them, they get someone out right away if we're not happy with the service of the contractor they provide us with a new contract. We started with the refrigerator. The ice make was not dropping so we called them and they had a contractor come out and repair it. We also had a problem with air conditioner in the middle of the summer and they replaced the unit. We had to pay a fee but it was still better than paying the fee for a brand new air conditioner. They provide contractors that if the work is not done to our satisfaction, they will substitute another contractor until the problem is solved.

No matter what the problem is, they've always helped me out. Somebody had come out and looked at our refrigerator and thought this was the problem but wasn't sure and they couldn't help us. We called Home Warranty and told them of the situation and they said they would send somebody else that was more familiar with the refrigerator and didn't charge. Just an extra service call and that was it. All the mechanics and technicians that come out seem to know what they were doing, all except that one. But they sent somebody else out and everything turned out ot be fine. They are very personable and friendly. Even on Saturday and Sunday when you call, they try to get somebody out.

They followed up on my experience about two weeks ago and I was very pleased with the contact that I had with them I didn't have to wait too long. They were willing to work with me right away. After the work was completed, I was very pleased with the person that they had to come out. He was very nice and very patient and explained what he was doing as he completed the job. They came out and replaced my garbage disposal without any hesitation so I appreciated that. The person that completed the job did a very good job and I like the way Choice Home Warranty followed up with my request. I appreciated the service that they offer. They are courteous and attentive. I never had any problems with any of the companies they contract with. Several occasions, I've had to call them and needed help pretty quickly. I could use the online service, but I called. And they were not pushy and they would listen to my problem and then get a company out there very very quickly, like that day. Every company that has come out to service on my calls has always fixed the problem the first time around. They have been very competent, very professional. They are personable and they know what they're doing. They are also very courteous and take care of your property. They're very considerate.

I've only called twice and each time they were out to our place the next day or at least by two days. It was efficient and the people that came knew what they were doing and they aced quickly and got it all fixed. The day after we moved in there was no hot water in the house so we couldn't take showers or anything. So they came and tested the thermostat and it was broken so he just replaced it. He could have told us our hot water heater wasn't good anymore and we probably would have believed him, but he didn't. He was honest. And the second gentleman that came, we had some electrical outlets that weren't working and it was kind of our own fault because we didn't know where the main one was and then he just took the time to help us find it and show us how to use it and all that stuff.

They came out the very next day and solved the problem that day they came. Choice Home Warranty came and knocked out two things in one shot with one payment. There is one little service fee. I was very impressed with the service and with the customer service of the person who they sent out. I feel comfortable letting him in my house. It was outstanding. If you have anything in your home that should be covered, contact Choice Home Warranty and have them take care of it. I didn't know if it would actually work as smooth as it did. I made a phone call, they came out the next day, they fixed the problem that day, and I had two situations that happened and it just took one service and I am now cleaning my dishes and cooking.

I had very good luck getting ahold of them, processing a claim, and getting my item fixed. I just recently had my garbage disposal go out and they called me back within 10 minutes of putting a claim in, set up an appointment. The gentleman came out within two days to fix it, determined that it was bad and it needed to be replaced. He put the claim in with Choice within 10 minutes and he came back, replaced it with my warranty. Was in and out of my house in less than an hour. I've been able to get my claims processed in a prompt manner. I've not had any issues with getting someone out here to fix my problem and then approving it.

An Electrician came to my house about ten minutes earlier as the schedule required then went to the non-working garbage disposal. He was appropriately dressed, showed my house the utmost respect, was well mannered and was very knowledgeable of the type of garbage disposal we had. He made some quick test with his impressive tools then found the problem in minutes. He had the parts on the truck. This guy was very professional and seem to be well trained in customer respect and service. He changed the parts and the garbage disposal worked in minutes. I was so impressed with his professional knowledge of the system I engaged and a brief conversation with him. His parents trained him very well. I would love to have a beer with this young gentleman. But he was off out of my house in less than 15 minutes with a solid stamen “Call me if you have any problems”! This professional was well trained.

My experience has been very positive. Well the first time it wasn't because I had to wait for a couple of weeks. I had an issue with a very expensive refrigerator but they had to rely on a local service company to schedule an appointment. The ice water dispenser broke, the micro-switch went bad and it caused the ice maker in the top door to melt and water was pouring all over my kitchen. It happened at night so I couldn't do anything about it. I called them immediately when I saw it in the morning but they couldn't do anything right away Eventually, they fixed it. The good thing is that if I'm not happy with a particular case they waive the service fee. They did that for my fridge because it took so long to get fixed. I highly recommend them, they're a good and I've never had a problem getting true to life customer support anytime I need anything. I've used my warranty four different times in the last six months so I'm very satisfied. They do whatever they can to make sure that the customer is happy.

I chose them because my son had it in California. He mentioned that he was at a good warranty company so we went with them, and we've had good experience with them. We've just had a couple of claims during the year, and it was very efficient and we were very well taken care of; no problems. I've made a couple of claims. They were very prompt, they had responded properly, they contacted the agent or a technician in ample time and everything worked out fine — a good experience. Customer support was excellent. They were prompt, they were efficient, I have no problems with them what so ever. My warranty is about to expire next month so I need to renew it so I know we'll renew it with them.

It’s a company that is out to make money and doesn’t care about the individual relying on insurance for any unforeseen discrepancy in the future. They say they cover certain components when purchasing their package and fail to tell you there’s a hidden policy that obsoletes their responsibility of coverage to HVAC. Ask for the actual policy contract and read in full. Do not rely on HCW if your AC is out. It took over 2 months in the heat of the summer to finally get a diagnosis and then be told will not be covered.

The fastest appointment they could get is for a week and two days after the day we reported the problem. That’s not what Choice advertises. I called and left a message and no return calls. We have no electricity in half of the house and have to wait a week and 3 days for someone to come check this out. You should be ashamed.
