Kitchwn disposal was replaced recently and service guy came back when connection let go and water sprayed all over kitchen. Successful repair. HOWEVER last year my kitchen ceiling fan was replaced with a very poor substitute -much too dim for the location. Fought with CHOICE for weeks! Finally contacted Better Business Bureau. CHOICE FINALLY SETTLED FOR A FAIR PRICE FOR An adequate fan pilus labor to install it.

If I could give zero I would. Gave us the run around about replacing our AC and send a rejection letter for replacing my system saying it was dirty. The hvac team that did the recommendation for replacement said that they never said those things to them and that CHW falsely added that to the report so they wouldn't have to be responsible to replace it. The funny thing is that the parts they claim that were dirty, they just paid days prior to replace. They are brand new parts! They did pay for the repair so that was nice but its beyond repair now so they flaked out leaving an Active duty military member and his family in 90° Temps. I warn you to stay far far far away. Look on the BBB site and do your homework because I didn't and im paying 8k for that mistake.

Dryer needs a part. However, part was delayed. I have heard nothing on the the parts arrival, installation , etc. Thankfully it works sometimes or we would be in a mess. If the part can't get here, they really need to replace it.

Getting through to customer service is a little difficult. You have to wait awhile to talk to a human being on the phone. We live in a difficult area in Nevada so I understand why wer have to wait but I do wish things could go a little quicker.

They need to be up front with their customers about how the plans work. It was one surprise after another. They said it would take thirty days to get a replacement check and it was not a check but a lowe’s giftcard. They are pretty rude in customer service.

The only negative that I have is the time it takes to replace an appliance. The technician determined that our clothes dryer could not be repaired. It took Choice Warranty almost 30 days to issue a gift card for partial replacement. I wonder if ill have to wait 30 days if my refrigerator quits. I can fill coolers with ice I suppose.

Well the last time I used you you sent one plumber out here that was an absolute disaster and I finally had you could give me somebody else and the parts not his fault we'e going to take longer to get here and I was very upset and was told that I wouldn't be charge the $45 for three months which I have been charged that amount plus I didn't have to pay for the him coming to the house but like I said I'm still paying the $45The other plumber that came out did a wonderful job you need to get rid of that first one he was absolutely hopeless

Sometimes they are really good sometime they are not. It is hit or miss. I was not able to get someone out for twelve days when I had an issue with the oven door. I ended up contacting several places. It ended up costing me three hundred and seventy five dollars.
