Their warranty service is expensive, and when something breaks you don’t get back nearly enough for the money you paid into it over the years. Best to put that money in an house account, and use it when something breaks.

Company that was sent out never fixed our fridge. They came multiple times over a four month period! We ended up buying a new fridge out of our own pocket after spending $100 copay with Sears (company that was supposed to repair the fridge). Don't waist money on this insurance. I'm out $1000 for a fridge, $100 to Sears, and $800+ for insurance!

This service is a scam. I just went online to see what a new service costs. For my level it came up with $95. I am paying $140 for the same service after 4 years. What happened to seniority. Customers of long standing pay 40% more than a new customer? And if that is an introductory price, what now spell it out. In August I was increased from $103 to $140. I was told that is inflation and cost of service. The service was used only sporadically. Adequate at best. Bait and switch is what I would call this.

Beware, DO NOT let this company tell you that you have exhausted the allowed funds for your coverage within a contract year. We had 1 service call for our furnace within 3 months of our contract renewal, and when we called for a replacement reimbursement, they said we used all $1500 of the allowance. We called the company who did the service, they were given $600. They now owe us $900. The last time they did this and tried to get out of reimbursement payment, we had to contact the State Attorney Generals office, who thankfully got us paid. This company is a scam, BEWARE!!!

The US Air HVAC company has not come back after sending their technician who confirmed that my AC unit needed to be leveled the attic of my house. The last time I heard from them was email on a weekend. If they called it would be on my caller ID, they have not called and no voice message left.
