Terrible serive because i sign up 4yrs ago so they can help fix AC when it breaks down, after tech showed it just so happen 30 minutes later AHS coverage just so happen to change coverage plan and practically didn't help with the coverageat all. We have submitted four service requests. The service request on our hot water heater was denied even though it was covered per the contract. Our pool filter repair is complete. They are still troubleshooting our pool heater after a month. We have been waiting for 20 days to have one of our AC units repaired in the hot Texas heat!

It takes too long to get a HVAC contractor out to property and they then use every loophole too avoid paying. Don’t allow outside contractors when they don’t have a contractor quickly available in extreme heat.
