Extremely slow in response to service request. Part shipped only after calling the call center multiple times and it took more than 2 weeks from the request to actual shipment, not to mention arrival. Call center number is hidden in the FAQ section. The call center agent is not professional and had some background noise of chicken. All in all, customer service level is horrible.

I rate it that way because it took months going back and forth with the first company they had to fix my air conditioner. Nothing ever happened. Service was never performed yet i still haven't been refunded my $100.00 deductible. I was charged twice two months ago for my monthly bill. Still haven't been refunded that money. I call and call and am told it has to go to the supervisor. I've gotten nothing but runaround. I want my money refunded. It would be really nice if you got people who spoke English to answer the phone.

My first experiences with AHS were fine things went smoothly and meet issues were resolved in a timely manner but for the last issue there has been nothing but issues calls not answered or returned when a supervisor requested and my concerns not addressed.

We have paid at least $50 per month and have barely used this service. They said they covered sewer gas, so we paid the $75 fee and they sent a plumber. Plumber wanted to do a smoke test, but these guys would only cover ~$40 of the smoke test because roof access is not covered. So I could pay the plumber $575, or AHS ~ $530, plus the $75 fee we already paid. Cheaper to go with the plumber. I will not be renewing this service.

Asked AHS to send a plumber to fix a slow drain issue. Plumber came out, snaked the drain and caused a leak. They took 2 weeks to submit the report to AHS who then denied the claim stating it was preexisting issue. I purchased the Platimum Shield to cover any preexisting conditions, but they still denied the claim. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. The plumber they sent, Enterprise Plumbing LLC has the worst reviews I have ever seen! AHS does nothing to vet the companies they are sending to do the work on policy owners properties. My experience thus far is AHS is CRAP!

Because I called you all to look at my air conditioner and you charge me $100 and no somebody came out for 2 seconds and he left my air conditioner all undone my disconnect all hanging out in the rain and everything else and told me he couldn't fix it and he was supposed to call you all and send in a proposal for somebody and he never did that neither I ended up fixing it myself and I asked you all to please give me my $100 back because that was a waste of money

they pick companies that are 2 & 3 stars to do the work. seems they never cover much of anything but you pay them every year. had my hot water heater serviced cuz the pilot light kept going out so the company they sent replaced the ignitor to only leave us in our home smelling gas and almost blowing up so I had to call a good plumbing company out they said the hot water heater was fixing to blow up and we would of had a big mess

Because they are denying a claim based on false findings by the technicians. I provided proof that my system was not damaged due to a freeze that occurred 9 months ago and the contractors are claiming the damage occurred due to the freeze because they will not make as much money repairing the manifold under the warranty as they would repairing it outside the AHS warranty. No one has provided proof that my manifold was damaged during the freeze and I have provided ample evidence to the contrary.

The outsourced customer service in whatever country it's in is the worst I have ever experienced. Having someone in the Philippines read off a flow chart isn't customer service. I had a company screw me over your company sent and spent a week trying to get it handled and gave up. Was supposed to get a credit for the service call and never did. I wouldn't recommend AMS to anyone who has a problem and needs customer service. It's the worst I've ever experienced.

Does everything possible to not have the call escalated by insisting Escalation Rep will only tell me what they already have and that it will basically be waste of time to talk to them. Representative will state they will call me back, then they do not call me.
