I asked for AC repair. One guy came fixed it, next day it broke down again, same problem. Another guy came and reported to AHS that it is under manufacturers warranty so manufacturer should fix it. But manufacturer says that it can provide parts but they will not fix it. So basically, I have been paying for a service that is denying everything that I ask to be fixed in my home. It is a complete waste to have them.

Because if billing, I'm still waiting for credit from being doubled billed for a year. There were multiple accounts and I've only been credited for 3 months. There is another account that I'm due credit foe a year...yet to hear back from retention like I was promised. I will be contacting BBB next week while I'm off because I don't have hours to wait on hold with your company.

Very hard to get a human, hours long hold time, Representative refused to send me to USA so that I could understand, also refused to send me to a manager, also refused to let me speak to an escalation department stating that that department would call me back within two hours and I never heard back even within two days. There is no urgent line if something is extremely wrong. They do not take notes correctly on the phone so that the contractor can correctly work on all things listed . Not on the list? Can't do it creating another ticket for another hundred dollars.

No resolution on fixing my washer. Keep telling me they need 24-48 hours. Since Feb. 16th. I have 2 huge boxes in my garage of parts your company ordered since February that are taking up space. No one to put parts in. Very concerning and disgusting. No one to help, just your reps that are in other countries. I would never recommend your company to any friends 2 are moving and you will not get recommendation from me. This is by far the worse customer service I have ever received from a COMPANY...

They are quick to send out a company but when it comes to the actual repairs it was a nightmare. The company thinks it's acceptable for a family to be without hot water for more than 4 days while the water heater is actively leaking in the garage. When I offered to pay my own contractor and asked about reimbursement that way, I was told I would need to wait 48hrs for a phone call to get approval to use my own contractor. Paid out of pocket in full and had the problem resolved finally.

Everything took multiple calls to get handled. When I used Pro-Connect I realized there is clearly some shady stuff going on with that whole process. Also I had a technician tell me one thing and then the company filed something different with AHS to make it so they would not cover the work. Very unethical way to do business. The cancellation process was horrific! I felt so bad for the poor woman whose job was not to let me cancel. It was not her fault. This company is just BAD.

I have this so items are covered. My bathroom is not covered cause it doesn't drip. Faucet is literally out of the wall, but not covered???? Then the representative called the vendor and provided them all my personal information which is HIPPA. The guy who the vendor sent me house told me he was released from jail. Now due to the customer service not understanding my concerns valued the vendor for more info and provided all my personal info. I'm supposed to be okay with rhis????

I signed a contract that said my water heater would be replaced with a water heater with the same capacity. We had an 80 gallon unit and they would only put a 40 gallon in. After 5 visits from the plumber it still takes 90 seconds to get hot water. I called 5 times and cannot get satisfaction. On my last call 2 weeks ago they said they would get back to me and they lied. No return call and we still have very little hot water.

AHS is not focused on customer service and their representatives are not able to help when there is a problem instead customers get sent from one person to another and do not focus on resolution.I have been an AHS customer since the 90s and recommended many new customers; however, in all good faith that will be difficult after my most recent experience.
