They used to be really good but now they cover the very minimum and not worth the monthly cost. Furnace went out and they are only replacing the furnace and hauling off the old. That is less than $600. We are having to pay nearly $1700 to have it installed because they don't cover any of it. We are just taking the cash, then dropping them after 30 years of being a customer. They don't really seam to care. We were even thinking of adding coverage for a cabin, but not now. Better off putting the monthly cost into a savings account.

I ve had AHS for about six months. My first call was for a built in microwave not working. I was charged the service fee and a repair company FaceTimed to diagnose the problem. I was then sent a letter saying that my built in was not a built in. ??? I sent pictures showing it was indeed built in. No help from AHS. No resolution. Microwave still broken.

My toilet was not filling and had a leak. Instead of AHS have the plumber replace the toilet, they had them out here 6 (yes6) times to try and fix an unfixable issue with it. First of all this was written back in February not 6 days ago as it Says. As far a resolving the issue: ASH can refund my $100.00 deductible and compensate me another $700.00 - $1000.00 for my stress, mental anguish & having to sit around and wait for people to come out 2 to 3 days after I called problem in!!! By the way: I no longer have AHS for my home service company!!! Arthur Applegate

I have had a broken washer since June of 2021, I have called them at least 10 times asking them since they have been unable to find the parts to repair my washer they need to honor there contract n replace it. They tell me the parts are on order , and are coming next week!.. 7 months later .. the parts are coming next week. I just go round in circles with this company.. now the parts are on back order . With no date on when they will bring stock! Terrible customer service .

When I renewed my policy I was charged 800 dollars. When my water heater broke I had to pa almost 700 dollars out of pocket. It's frustrating to pay a large amount of money to renew the policy only to have to pay more money out of pocket when an issue arises. My other concern is the inconsistency in renewal fees. A friend of mine who lives in the same area received a coupon for 200 dollars off her renewal so she only paid 500 dollars. I would not recommend this company to any friends or family.

I paid more for a service call that I would have commercially. I had only one contractor option, and they were untrustworthy. The cash-out option didn't come close to covering what needed to be done, and I had no other vendor option. I will definitely not renew after this year is up, and I will not recommend this insurance to anyone.

They sent Plumbers Inc out to my house 2 weeks ago and They determined the water heater needs replaced but Plumbers Inc won't send me any quotes on pricing and every time I call them they put me on hold and never pick up. The appliance repair man left the parts to my dishwasher on the counter when he left. I was not home at the time of service. I called multiple times to ask if the dish washer was fixed and never received a return call from the technician. I went ahead and put the dishwasher back together myself and started using it. It works and seems excessively loud but it works. tech seemed nice enough but really poor communication and sloppy work.

Plumbing company sent by AHS said there were several hundred dollars for repairs not covered by AHS warranty. The issue was a simple drain clean performed by another company. AHS would not reimburse me for the drain clean yet their plumbing company tried to rip me off. Beware..

I will not deal with the incompetent service people as I called the company I have dealt with for years to get their opinion.
