This is the most economical warranty right now. We had issues with our garbage disposal and they sent a plumber out. It was a problem with the electrical component and they sent us an electrician and didn’t charge us for it. It worked out for us. They have answered most of our questions.

Most of the process is automated. I feel I am taken care of quickly. We had a leaky drain up stars and it was dripping into the kitchen. I called 2-10 and they had a tech out very quickly and it was taken care of that day.

Recently our refrigerator the freezer part of it stopped working. We had one repair person who said "oh you're gonna have to get it replaced" he didn't really diagnose it or anything, so I called 2-10 to find out about it. They sent somebody different who actually diagnosed it and replaced the part and now it's working.

It takes a long time to get service people out, takes multiple visits/opinions from different service people to determine if an item can be repaired and then months to get the critically needed appliance. Since I am still waiting for a fridge (3 months and waiting) I do not feel I can give an honest rating until I get the appliance and it's installed and working. Anything I say at this point would be based on multiple visits and long waiting time. I put in for reimbursement for home locks which it's been almost 90 days and still no reimbursement. Would not recommend until I get results

Customer support it's kind of hard to get to and there are long waits on the telephone. The online is not that easy. Once I got the service the people immediately called and scheduled an appointment. The claim handling of it is efficienct. One day I was on hold for about forty five minutes just waiting for somebody to come on the phone.

They were extremely good. When I had to use the warranty I don't have a portal so all I did was call and tell them what the problem was and someone called back within twenty minutes. Their plumber came out as mine was gonna take four weeks. This was my first experience but they communicated well they acted expeditiously and they seemed qualified people.

I have several claims that I have made that were denied that were clearly within the scope and should have been awarded. I had a crack in the Freezer section of a refrigerator that was about three years old and I had a repairman come from two ten warranty and the repairman said it was not repairable and would need to be replaced and the two ten decision makers said that they would not cover it because it obviously came from mistreatment.

I'm not real good on the computer, I need to talk to a person and it was easier for them for me to do it on the computer. The baseboard heaters didn't work and they said that we had to get a electrician and there's just gonna take so long so we were able to get our own. It took a couple tries to get the problem fixed.

I looked all over the website trying to find out when I made this claim what was the maximum amount for the locksmith in changing the locks, nowhere did they tell me what the maximum was so I only got a hundred dollars out of like three hundred dollars and I have no idea you know what what determined that amount because I had no idea upfront so I wish they would just be a little bit more forthright with what the claim amount is for that particular reimbursement.

You'd expect equipment replacements to be of equal or better funtionality. Our programmable thermostat was replaced with a cheaper non-programmable one, because, no surprise, the contracted company didn't have those. It makes sense that a home warranty company would send such a contractor because... they're trying to save or make money. It's not a good feeling every time we need to adjust the thermostat. Wonder if they're worth it when all is said and done. One bad experience is enough. Customer service rep seems okay in their job, but we have doubts about the warranty company. Trust.

It used to be better. I don’t like that I have to wait a long time when want to talk to someone on the phone. I don’t like having to do everything on the computer but calling can take up to two hours. Recently I had someone scheduled to come out but they cancelled and it was confusing because I had to redo the order. For the most part the service is fine. We have to wait for parts for things. The price keeps going up. We have considered cancelling. It used to be excellent but now it is average for the price.

They’ve done well with customer service. I’ve had some issues with getting my micro wave fixed but I don’t think that was there fault. It was the contractors they hired. Someone came out pretty quickly but they had to order a part. After a month and half of calling them, I finally got them to fix it.
