They've been helpful and flexible when we have need of their services. They are able to get people out quickly. I just wasn't happy with the last technician that came out cause it's like the third time with the same issue on the refrigerator. He wasn't very helpful because he couldn't speak English, was not wearing his mask properly, and somehow didn't get two screws put back into the refrigerator.

Every time I call, the customer service representatives have a nasty attitude. I used my home warranty when some shortages went out with my some of my sockets. I payed the hundred dollar deductible, the contractor just came out, they haven't fixed the issue, and they never came back. I called 2-10 and they could never get in contact with the contractors either so that problem is still unsolved. I have a issue now with my refrigerator, I called 2-10 and I payed my hundred dollar deductible. It took them three weeks to fix my refrigerator, my refrigerator is still not working so I've been without a refrigerator for two months now still waiting on those parts.

They were prompt, they got there pretty quick, and they didn't waste any time. Their employees are very personable and knowledgeable and are not hard to talk to.

I called and needed to have our heat pump serviced. They sent a company out, but they were not actually able to do it. They said they would have to order parts and they never game back and I couldn't even contact them again. Then I was told by 2-10 that I would have to find someone out-of-network to service it, which I did, but now I’m still fighting to get my money back from the first experience.

I've had a number of transactions and some of them were real good and some of them were real bad. Just recently, our freezer went out, and they sent a contractor out and the contractor couldn't get the part so 2-10 customer service told me that I'd get a new refrigerator and then I waited and that didn't happen so I called back again and they said they'd give me a new refrigerator. And I waited again and that didn't happen so I talked to somebody else there and they said they won't be able to give me a new refrigerator because I gotta wait for the part to come in no matter how long it takes. The customer service reps are very nice, good listeners and they try to help but they're inconsistent.

Just about every winter we use it because our HVAC is a pretty old system, and they're pretty good about dispatching somebody out here to fix it. Usually has something to do with the compressor or some sort. The service is pretty good but nobody's perfect. Our premium seems to be going up drastically each year.

I called for my refrigerator and they came out to fix it. I'm not going to say I was overly happy about it but it was okay. I feel like I never can get through to a person, I'm always talking to a recording and I like to talk to people directly to know what the problem is. The last technician just came not too long ago and I had a problem with my garbage disposal but I didn't like the way he told me I would have to pay for a new garbage disposal. When I disagreed, he fixed it in less than five minutes but never showed me what he did to fix it.

Our warranty was included when we bought our home in June 2020, and In August of 2020 we filed a service request for a broken ice maker. Per their website, it states you will be contact within 48 hrs and taken care of soon after. After numberous calls,long hold times, and 6 weeks finally a technician showed up on a sunday evening at 10pm while my husband was working. After he opened the freezer door and shut he said we needed a new ice maker. As he wrote the service order down, he preceded to tell me about his stint in prison . Tell me how they prefer not to work with 2-10 warranty due to there slow payments on their bills. when he requested the co-pay of 100.00 they did not take cards so he said he’d stop by the next day to get payment. He said the ice maker should be in the next week and they would be right back to install. He sure came early to claim cash next morning and the last we heard for several more weeks. I call 2-10 nearly 30 times over the next several months. Finally they installed the ice maker and left and of course it didnt work. It obviously wasnt what was wrong. It was a frozen line. Four months later the ice maker works but wont dispense from the front door, and once again call call call and finally a repair man from another company came and fixed it. Five months, 50 phone calls, reps stating they would call back and never did. You also cant call and talk to the rep who you already spent 30 mins telling the whole story. No shows for several appts. Causing me to miss work, spend hours trying to get my ice maker fixed. Finally the last one who I told I wanted to speak to someone about the terrible service assured me her manager whould call and 8 months later no one every called. It was the worse service Ive ever encountered. Definately wont renew my contract this year.

Top quality response when needing maintenance. However, they are non-responsive when it comes to replacement of equipment. I have two heat pumps, both 18 years old, that 2-10 keeps putting bandaids on, and each bandaid costs $100. Five repair requests in just the past year.

I had to have a faucet replaced and the first time they came they gave me incorrect information. Then later they explained it better to me and corrected the issue. One bad thing about the warranty is you're limited to what service providers you can use. Once they couldn't find an electrician in my area so they didn't give me service.

Our warranty came with the house we got. We haven't had any real problems with the company. We needed our heater fixed and they had to come two different days to make sure it was fixed. They send someone out right away to fix your problems and you don't have to pay for it.

Not everyone that works here has a good knowledge of what services they offer and what is covered. There seems to be no standard for what their employees need to know so it's hard to get things explained to you. We had a good experience with a dishwashing repair company but it was a nightmare to get our stove replaced because they took about two months to get that replaced.

A plumber come out and did whatever they needed to do, did not make any recommendations for me to do anything else and 2-10 called and tried to have argue with me about what the idea.

I’ve made a claim twice and both times the contractors too multiple months to address the problem. Their customer service people are polite and seem to do all they can but whenever there is a problem, it seems their hands are tied and it never goes anywhere.

These guys cover stuff. They really really do. A lot of people think warranties are a waste but, for people like me, that I don't want the trouble or responsibility to save up for incidentals for me home, (some people are good at this, I am not one of those people). With my monthly payments, I can rest assured that every breakdown is not going to make me bankrupt lol. They have a very specific process. From requesting service to responding to services. I've already had a few issues and all were taken care of including major home system. The only thing you need to be prepared for, they have the longest phone hold times for customer service. But once you get through, you will be taken care of. I have been on hold for several hours a couple of years ago when I first started just to ask a simple question. If I judged the benefit I would be getting from that hold time, I'd have lost and gone over to other companies. I think they may lose people because of this but the people that stick it out, they will be taken care of. Thank you 2-10.

I has read some horrible reviews of 2-10 warranty, so I was apprehensive when I bought a house and the homeowner furnished this warranty. I opted for the spring tune up, which I had to pay them $50 for and the tech $100 (not sure what that was about because around here they are around $65), but the heat seemed erratic so wanted that looked at. The tech checked the unit and found a problem with the Thermal Expansion Valve. I received a call from 2-10 warranty after that telling me the tech would be there in a week. I said he has already been here. No, they said he would be there to fix the HVAC unit, he had to order a part. I asked if there was a charge and they said no. I was totally amazed. The tech came back and fixed the unit (10 year old Trane) and so far it is working perfect. I don't know what the future holds, but so far 2-10 has been spectacular.

I have been waiting on a review to get my air-conditioning fixed for a month. They will not do a call back and it takes them over an hour to answer your call. They contractor has even tried and no answer or call back. It has been almost a month now. I don't understand why?

I reported my Ac and refrigerator going out on July 1st. It’s is now July 23rd and neither have been fixed and I don’t even have an estimated date on when they will be able to fix it. They are waiting on parts to be delivered. Mind you it is July in Georgia. I’ve called numerous times and they claim if I get my own servicer, it will be out of network and they will pay me only $300 POSSIBLY.

This is by far the worst company I’ve encountered. I made an initial request in June and have yet to have my issues resolved, after having 4 different contractors assigned, 2 of which were no calls and no shows. Now that I am on the phone again, I was just told that one of the vendors shared that they completed the work, also untrue. They can never transfer me to a manager or someone in leadership. I am hopeful the Better Business Bureau can assist me, because horrible customer service, lack of communication, and contractors who don’t tell the truth is excessive.

Please do not consider this company if you value fair treatment when something breaks down. I purchased a home with older but functioning appliances and HVAC, seeking protection through a 2-10 Supreme warranty for any potential issues in the first year. Trusting my realtor's recommendation, I believed this was a reputable company. After a month of functioning AC, it stopped cooling, prompting me to file a claim. From the start, the experience was abysmal. I filed the claim on 6/4, but it took seven days for a contractor to arrive, leaving us in sweltering conditions with a child and two pets, with indoor temperatures reaching 89 degrees. The first contractor diagnosed general wear and tear, recommending replacement as repair would be more costly. Despite this, 2-10 claimed not to have received the diagnostics and sent another company, which confirmed the initial findings. Yet, my claim was denied, labeled as a pre-existing condition despite both diagnostics indicating otherwise. After two weeks without AC, I filed a dispute with proof from my home inspection showing the AC was satisfactory at purchase. However, 2-10 persisted in their denial, claiming the unit needed replacement before I moved in, contradicting their warranty's purpose. Warranties are meant to protect against unforeseen breakdowns, not perfect systems. We rely on warranties because no one can afford to preemptively replace functioning appliances. My experience revealed that 2-10 will do anything to avoid honoring claims, contradicting their coverage of general wear and tear. Their refusal undermines the very essence of a warranty. I share this to spare others from this nightmare. Do not trust this company to protect you. Seek a reliable alternative. We are still suffering in the heat, hoping to find the funds to repair our AC before July.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Complete mess of a system and absolutely mishandling our AC request. First off $189 service fee for each request is simply highway robbery for the level of service we are receiving. Every time we call, we are on hold for an hour or more. Each representative does not know of our situation and we need to re-explain (EIGHT times and counting) the situation at hand. Our AC unit is broken and has been for THREE weeks at this point. The first vendor they sent over was incredibly inefficient and unresponsive. So much so that they agreed to send a new vendor. And yet they say that they work with “trusted, local contractors”. How trusted can they be if 2-10 can’t even get a hold of the vendor for any updates?! Now 2-10 is saying it may take more time to order a part, which is no longer being made since the unit is from 1992. Even though the vendor has informed them of this, they still insist on going through the motions. This will take another week. Once they FINALLY realize that they won’t be able to find it, will take another week to order the new unit. We are nearly a month since first escalating this issue and at this point looking like another month to resolve. No air conditioning with high 80 degree weather and a baby in the house. Two months for one service request is unacceptable. Their website says “service request is typically completed in an average of 5 days”. Utter BS. Simply said, don’t use them. Not worth the money, time, or headache to deal with this level of incompetency.

My ac stopped cooling, they sent a contractor, Andy N, and I paid the $100 fee. The contractor diagnostic was that half of the evaporator coil was dirty and the other half looked like it was white spray painted-crazy. He also mentioned that the freon was low but he couldn’t give me a full diagnostic or refill the freon until the evaporator coil was clean. Bcs they were charging me $450 to clean the evaporator coil, I had to find someone else for a second opinion and clean the part. So, I found out the“white paint “ was actually ice and there’s an actually freon scape that you can hear as soon as you enter the ac area. This just tells me that they are putting minimum effort to diagnose the problem and barely know what they are doing or they are just charging and taking advantage of their customers. Lack of honesty and effort !!! The second person as soon as he saw the picture I sent him said: that must be ice. Noticed multiple problems, explained them, and found a solution. That’s someone that knows what they’re doing. Very disappointed!

I have been a customer for over 5 years, I have had little to no issues with my home until this year. My water heater is leaking, I put a request order in. Three separate companies came out to give a quote, non of which were insured to work on a condo (2-10 has this info and should only be sending qualified companies.) Once a company who could actually service my unit came out, the quote to repair the unit came in HIGHER than using my local home depot. This included the "$1250" that 2-10 offers for this type of repair. Why have I spent thousands of dollars for 1. poor quality service and 2. to pay more than I would if I just sourced my own repair? I have called 2-10 on 5 separate occasions and requested to speak with a supervisor. Each time I have been told I will receive a call withing 48-72hrs. It has been 3 weeks and I still have no received a call back. Wait times are extremely long and I cannot receive a call back. I will be canceling my service and brining my business elsewhere. This is entirely unacceptable.

This company was recommended by the realtor. SO, assuming they knew what they were talking about we agreed to 2-10. NEVER AGAIN! To summarize shortly, It took 2 times to get a contractor to call back. ANd to set an appt time. WHen you need something fixed it should be right away not weeks later. They were far away from where I live which makes no sense. Yet funny I had calls all day long to renew my policy, the month before renewal time, yet if I called to ask a question it told me there is no one to answer my question at this time. THe repair companies and contractors were sub par and not helpful... it's like they didn't care and they were just there to get some extra money....soooo needless to say we are trying another home warranty company. I'm hoping for a much better experience.
