I had extreme difficulty reaching 2-10 representatives. I spent several hours on hold. I had a situation where my air conditioning broke down and I attempted to use my warranty service, however they were unable to find contractors and allowed me to use an out of network contractor. However it took a couple extra days to get approval for that, during which I have not had air conditioning.

Anytime we had any issues when we filed a claim they were very quick to help us resolve the problem. We just had to use our warranty to get our refrigerator fixed and everything went well. I had to pay for the part because it wasn't covered under the warranty we had.

There was a issue with my water heater recently and the first time they send in the technician who didn't know what was going on, so I had to pay the $100 service fee and the technician did not have a solution. So then the second time they send another technician who also hasn't been very responsive. So I'm a little upset about the kind of contactors 2-10 employees or uses.

I really liked it before, but things have changed and I don't like it as much. There's been multiple times where I've needed to use my warranty and it is a process, but usually they can fix whatever needs to be fixed by the company that they sent out. But if it's not fixed then they do send a check for the us to get a new appliance.

Customer support is difficult. My refrigerator has had the same problem for over a year, they sent people out four times I ended up having to pay for dry ice plus a bunch of food and until it was finally resolved. They just need to make it easier when a customer calls in.

When I call them I spend a lot of time on hold before I get to speak to someone. Then I tell them what I need done and they eventually send someone to repair that the problem or to review the problem to see what needs to be repaired. Then it goes through another process and if things go well within a couple of weeks the problem is resolved. I have been trying to resolve something with the them they have not been returning my phone calls.

The overall experience has declined over the years. My last customer service experience was miserable. The young man I had on the phone I explained to him all the things I needed and he referred me to go back to the website and put my claim in online and then I was disconnected. So I had to call back to get somebody else on the phone so I could talk to his supervisor because it was such a negative experience. I just recently used my warranty to replace my faucet.

I have had many problems obtaining satisfactory answers regarding a microwave that is supposedly on order. I spoke to three different people and got conflicting responses. I still don't know who will actually will deliver the microwave or when. Very frustrating.

I have been a long time customer, and very satisfied until recently. I found myself rather dissatisfied with my most recent experience, not due to lack of service on the part of the contractor, but rather poor, inefficient and inaccurate communications on the part of 2-10 Home Buyers. So what would have been a 5 star rating is now a 3 star, and I have to consider whether to keep my contract for the upcoming year, which I have already made the payment.

Recently I need to use the warranty because my refrigerator broke down, initially they sent out an electrician feeling it was electrical issue it was not, so a little over a week later an appliance repairman come out replace that part and it was determined that the refrigerator could not be repaired and I needed a new one, so now I'm coming up on two weeks without a refrigerator and the decision has been made to take the replacement. Its too slow, but the process was just to spot in the meantime I'm having to get take out and it's getting very costly.

Have submitted 2 claims. One went well. The other not. Needed to use outside vendor due to 2-10 service not being able to correct the situation for weeks. Was told what was needed to use an outside vendor and given authorization. So I thought. When I submitted the claim it was denied for not following a step. I've called requesting it to be reviewed. However no communication, feedback or results.

Some things have been good and others haven’t been that great. The last time, it took them two weeks to get things straight after I called them like four times to get my plumbing issue fixed. They didn’t have the right ticket.

I think it is excellent. I am very happy. They respond. I get exactly what I need. I had an issue with air conditioning. It wasn’t cooling enough. They dispatched a company that was very professional.

Based on what I’ve seem, it seems to be the best option. They are quick to respond when I need it. They give excellent input. They walked me through the process when I needed it because I had a water issue in the basement.

Back in August of 2021 I put in a claim for our HVAC system that wasn't working and finally got someone resolved although now we're finding that it is no broken again but it took what was it six months almost seven months for the work to be done because between the warranty company and the contractor no one would communicate with each other to update what was going on so it just kept going back and forth back and forth and I actually had to be the one to step in and do all the legwork of communicating back and forth back and forth and following up and I don't think that I should have to do that as the customer of the home warranty company I think that that should have been through the home warranty company and the contractors having a better communication process. You can never get through to talk to anyone the phone is always busy and I've been on hold for over an hour waiting on on trying to get a hold of somebody.
