Very poor overall in communication, replacement issue and company admits it is cheaper for them to pay-out a claim at a lesser value instead of repair (backorder part) or replacement.

Terrible service. My last problem, a leaking toilet, took 53 days for them to fix. They tell me to find my own repair company, pay them, then wait for reimbursement for faster service. That's total BS.
