They're very responsive and you can always find answers online. And when you call the 800 number to chat with somebody in person, they're very informed and polite, professional. I had a horrible high pitched whistling noise coming from the tank in the back of the toilet in the upstairs bathroom and I reported it and the next day they had set the appointment which was for the following day. So they were out here and everything was fine. They took care of it. I find they've been very helpful and provided options if we had different tasks we could take, so I think everything they've done is fine.
