Spoke with claim rep to schedule 3 issues that required a plumber. I confirmed coverage and confirmed I would be charged one service fee. Today the plumber arrived and I was told I would need to pay for two service fees. I called CHW back and the claims rep informed me that I was given the wrong information. This is unacceptable.
