Unhelpful, Uncaring, Unempathetic - contractor made a hole in my ceiling to access a leaky pipe. Another contractor was supposed to show up and seal the hole. This guy never picked up my call, didnt respond to my voicemail. AHS could not get through to him for over 2 weeks. I made 5 calls to AHS, then finally gave up and cancelled my plan with AHS. Never coming back to AHS ever again.
