AHS was unable to get a technician to me in a reasonable time frame, kept assigning 1 that does not do what i needed and 1 that was closed. it was an emergency and even became a health hazard. told me I could get my own guy but then wanted a second opinion and assigned the one who doesn't do pumps and the one that was closed. I had to get it done to be able to use any plumbing. even had to get q hotel room to use the bathroom and shower. I was then denied the clam because I had it done on my own. I chose the plan I did spacifically because it covered the pump. I just kept getting the run around for days while sewage was backing up into my home. no-one I spoke to seemed to care. I was also told I would be reimbursed for the service call fee, that was 13 days ago and I am still waiting for it. I am very disappointed in AHS. You came highly recommended to me but when I needed you the most I did not get the help.
