I am very disappointed that AHS charged me 37% increase upon renewing my insurance but none of my coverage changed. They couldn't even explain why I was increased. There is no customer loyalty here.

Good for small repairs. Not good for expensive repairs like HVAC. Delayed response and dishonest contractor caused lot of inconvenience. No way to cancel the service online. The call center keeps transferring call.

We had a pipe leak. The plumbers had to cut a hole in the ceiling of the unit below us. The leak was fixed and then a drywaller was to be assigned. No one has ever called us back for 2 weeks. Very disappointing.
