My water heater has been out for 38 days. You have been inconsiderate, incompetent, lying business. I would never recommend your company. Earlier AHS replaced an outdoor ceiling fan with an indoor fan. The fan blades quickly dropped and everything rusted. REALLY. I had a professional replace it. The fact that I have been without hot water for 38 days is inexcusable. I have called at least 20 times. No one knows what to do and some people give me incorrect information. Not professional!

The person that came out was wonderful. I disagree that I had to pay a deductible just for someone to twist a bolt on a pipe. There were no repairs needed. In cases like that. The deductible should be reimbursed or reduced.

I was billed by a vendor and placed in collection because AHS did not pay them although I paid for my warranty. it was eventually sorted out but this is the 2nd time this has occurred. AHS also has a limited pool of vendors to offer services.Unacceptable

I have been waiting for almost 4 months to get my oven repaired or replaced. Service is either excellent or rotten. plumbing, electrical or heating/ac is do quickly and well, kitchen appliance is dismal often waitng a month or more for resolution.

Instead of replacing my dishwasher, which was going to take 6-8 weeks to get the SS Tub before repair could be effected, I was forced to accept only about 25% of the cost of the new dishwasher that I had to purchase. We couldn't wait such a long time for repair.

The company charged me $100 for a service call for someone that just called me asking for a picture of the problem. I sent the picture and they said we don't cover that. I asked for my $100 back and was told no because the service call was fulfilled. I wish I could make $100 for 10 minutes of work. What a ripoff.

Awful. It took AHS 2 weeks to authorize my new hot water heater. They kept fouling things up. I called almost daily for two weeks and they were all incompetent. When they finally gave the correct information to the plumber, the work was completed. The plumber has to keep calling AHS as well, since AHS staff gave the plumber incorrect information at times. I was so angry. I asked to a supervisor several times and no one ever called me back.

Many services I requested were assigned to "qualified technicians" who order parts that never come and the service request has never been completed. For example: I order service for my icemaker twice and the replacement part never came and I paid for the services. This last service request I made a month ago has not been completed nor has anyone communicated with me why this is the case.

To slow they come out go back order parts then wait for them to come in the then you have wait on them to come out to install the parts and see if it works. If we have a break down it takes 3-4 weeks or longer to get it repaired

The contractors schedule a visit a week out. And when I call AHS to see if it can get expedited and they say wait and they'll see what they can do. Then one contractor diagnoses my ac wrong I have to wait another week for another to come out to find its something else and he doesn't even fully fix the problem. So now it'll be another week so 4 weeks without air in summer. I'd like for someone to make this right I loved the product before. But the people you have answering the phone can't speak English well and we can't communicate properly so my issues just keep getting worse

It has been almost a month that I have went without central air. You call and ask if anything has been done and its the same old thing. Its like the people taking the call ate reading off a card. At first AHS was good at sending replacement parts to the tech, but when that didn't work I was told I needed a new unit. So here I have been waiting for something to get fixed and living in one room that has a window ac in it for a month. Your company doesn't do what they advertised.

Where do I start! Always an issue getting someone out to us. Just recently our A/C went out and we were supposed to wait 2 days in 100 temps! When they did come out the unit blew up with the technician there and then we received a letter that AHS will not cover it and we are still without that unit, in Texas! In June! We have called numerous times to either wait 2 or more hours or if we picked to be called back and never received a call. Over all not happy with this company and do not plan on renewing. We have been clients for 14 years and when we finally need AHS we get the stiff arm.

Even though its covered under our contract, we are unable to find a contractor willing to work with AHS. We also are having difficulty getting a water softner repaired. We have authorization to find an independent contractor but are having difficulty gettin AHS to approve recommended repairs

I have been trying to contact any management to speak with me about several times where I have had to pay 2 times for an original job never comploeted. AHS made a mistake with the plumbing company and all te items turned in was not relayed to the plumber company and they came out and did not repair 3 toliets, 4 sinks, and the leaking water has caused my ceiling to fall in my kitichen and AHS states I will have to pay an additional Co-payment to put all the items in again.
