They are not loyal to customers. They like to do patch work and the amount of cost paid by them is nothing. Monthly charge plus $75 for all visits for 15 years, then when you need them the most they require you to pay out of pocket what you would pay with out coverage for patch work they never will replace. Very disappointing

Terrible, ac/heat was leaking. Give came said give 2 days to catch up. Never stopped running on garage floor, under garage door and down driveway. Called in today about that. Then had Taylor appliances come for microwave, he unhooked my overrange microwave. Said he would check back at the store for the particular piece that blew out or order it. He never responded back and my microwave still is inoperable. Company said they never came to my house

They are horrible at execution, ordering of parts. Our AC broke on Aug 5 and we still don't have it fixed. There were issues with getting the part approved to be ordered as well as actually getting it ordered. Their follow up is also horrible as they were supposed to follow up with me today and I still haven't heard from them. We have experienced quite a heat wave during August which has also made it painful! It is now Aug 31 and we are still without AC.

Plumbing: I called to get my gas leak fixed. Tiger Plumbing came out to tell me that they needed to run a gas leak test which wasn't covered. I paid $100 for that! They will not refund me because he came out. AHS knew BEFORE they took my money that they don't cover the test. It's unethical to take it anyway.

I asked for an itemized bill from the vendor replacing my water heater. AHS was unable to provide that information. The vendor refused to send it to me stating I had to obtain from AHS.i do not have much confidence in the ability to send reputable repair services to my home.

I needed some duct work done and filed a request with AHS. They sent out a contractor who determined it wouldn't be covered by AHS. The contractor ended up doing the work and I paid him directly but I also had to pay AHS a $75 charge for a quote that all contractors do for free. So the job cost me more than it should/would have.

You SUCK. Im still waiting for my fan to be replaced. Originally seen by your sucky contractor on July 5th. Didnt even look at it and said i need a new one. Ive called 4 fucking times, still waiting for someone to contact me regarding my replacement. You only received a "1" cause i couldnt go lower. They have 48 hour react time. Appears like they go out of their way to decline claims. Even if you show them the warranty covers it they won't. Need better English speakers some are terrible. Also no access to a supervisor. Plus never ever call you back when they say they will

It has gotten horrible. I have been without ice since April 2021.I have paid for 5 services and the repair still is not done. I have 10 times requesting a supervisor. Never getting a returned call. I am requesting 2 new refrigerator this has been a horrible experience. Service use to be excellent it has gone down hill. Something needs to be done. I cannot get any returned phone calls. I will let you know when the job of fixing my dryer is complete. It began July 29 and is still not finished. The company contracted by American Home Shield, Sears A&E failed to show up on three scheduled dates when I stayed home all day waiting. When I called American Home Shield they refused to assign a different vendor.
