The customer service is confused about most things needed. The loan for fortiva has messed up my credit and I’m paying it off early because I was over charged and it’s ruining my credit it doesn’t show the approval amount and shows a power amount as if I have exhausted the full credit line.

I do not like the LIE I was told about my previous alarm contract being paid off by Vivint, but obviously that did not happen and now I am stuck with a $1,000 + bill in collections. The salesman was a con artist, I was kind enough to share a beer with him and this is how I get treated. Not happy.

Crappy. My second camera has not been set up, the cover on my unit was never put back on. Every time I call I have to wait on hold no less than 50 minutes. Last time I got through the rep refused to schedule an appointment to get my system fixed.

Not very reliable. Half the time the doorbell detects someone, they have already waited so long they left. The garage door doesn't open close correctly, and it keeps failing. Overall It's really annoying.

The app doesn't work very well. The cameras pick up bugs flying by but not people walking. It deletes files. It won't allow reap time viewing as it buffers and quits. Overall, not pleased.

We previously had a contract with ADT before switching to you guys. When the system got installed, the technician kept all of the old ADT sensors in place. Now that the batteries are dying, your company wants to charge me $50 to replace each sensor!! I don't feel I should pay for something that was never initially installed!!!

The equipment is advertised as the best yet the cameras under minumum light theyre terrible they dont kick on to record event. Like at all when its daylight theyll catch a bug flying by but not when its dark.

Terrible service, my home security alarm we off at 3am one day, I didn't receive any sort a courtesy call to see if me or my family was safe. No police were even alerted to do a wellness check. I don't hate much, but I most definitely hate this service. It's horrible.

Since the beginning have a bad experience! They would not correct my name in the account and it was the sales person fault and he told me the wrong information to get me with the system! The only things working are our cameras. We have 6 issues that are not working. We called to try to get a tech help but they said no home visits do to the virus. Our state is 75% open now and we still need some help.
