Too many false alarms due to faulty sensors. When there is an alarm, the screen of the phone app and the wall mounted controller freeze preventing you from responding to the alarm.

The quality of the product isn’t worth the overall long-term investment they make you commit to. On top of poor customer service and mixed communication, tell the door to door salesman “no” and close the door. I have more camera and security devices now and feel less secure due to the for app quality and equipment.
