We were scammed and lied to! We were told we had 30 day free trial. That was a lie. Messed up our accounts. And when we tried to call in to have them come get their equipment, the wouldn't answer the phone. When we finally got through, they said we were too late! They are LIARS AND CHEATS!

Equipment is junk! Have had technicians out several times! To expensive for the quality of junk! Sales man did know what he was talking about! After it was installed I contacted the sales about having it removed from my house! Never responded! Would never recommend this company to anybody!

I was charged a second installation fee when I wasn‚Äôt suppose to and they still to this day have not refunded my money nor responded to emails or my phone calls. Very 1 customer service in my opinion and just after the customers money. It would be nice if they would make this right with me!!!

Lying door-to-door sales kid. Claimed this system worked without wifi & ran on its own cellular connection. Didn't find out the truth until the tech was installing & there were holes all over the house.

AWFUL SADLY I have been trying to get reimbursed since September 2020 of a $375 charge for equipment that was returned on opened under the 30 day policy which they received in their warehouse I am waiting on a $54 Charge reimbursement on services I did not have and a $10 cancellation fee that was done incorrectly

I do not like the cancellation process. Just because I don‚Äôt qualify under the extenuating circumstances I have to pay an outrageous amount to cancel my membership. I believe that there needs to be an exception for a pandemic like COVID-19 and financial hardships that one deals with.

I can never hear my doorbell ring and my sensors doesn't work tech did not help having a bad experience. The only good thing is I do not have to charge my doorbell for it to work. Reps are pleasant when they want you to sign up and take your money but when you need help it's not very beneficial.

I HATE Vivint. I received a "FREE" doorbell. I did not need it so I cancelled the service within 30 days, since I am over 65 years old. They still have not cancelled my monthly payments. I DO NOT nor have I EVER used the service, other than hearing my doorbell ring. There is not anything hooked up in my house. use the service

Meh at best, works when it wants to. Cameras work about 30% of the time, always offline more than not. Have called more times than I care to try and get it resolved. I finally gave up and don't use the system anymore.
