So far the customer service has not been great. I've been getting charged double for my service. I tried calling to get it resolved. I was told they would call me back in 72 hours. That was over a week ago. Still being charged double. The equipment is great, but I'd like for them to honor their price.

I like some of the features but I am completely disappointed that I was mislead that Vivint would connect to my Amazon fire TV stick. This is not the case as I cannot view my cameras on my tv.

I had. Trouble with my equipment they send out a replacement lock after 2 technician came out try to send the old lock back unsuccessful they ended up charging my account 179 dollars for none return of the equipment I ended up spending my own money to return the equipment

This company has terrible customer service and does not deliver on its promises. I am still waiting for an installation after five months and they continue to bill the monthly service. I spent over 7000 upfront. Be very careful

Horrible. Aggressive sales tactics, just want you to sign a contract day one, tear up your house with their equipment and disappear once once you've signed. Had a young inexperienced technician more concerned with smoking weed than doing his job. Cancelled contract within the 3 day allotment period, it was a hassle. I do not recommend.

Sales tactics are 'cold call' with the ruse of a 'special' being offered in the area for today only. Hard sell/hard push. Equipment is leased at a huge markup and useless after 5 years unless you continue contract. Office personnel are poorly trained and not all that knowledgeable.

Be upfront about the pricing. My sales rep said install was free but they should give you a statement to see what you are actually paying for and my install is still not complete. The cameras do not fit in the outside outlet. Customer service never called me back. I thought they were a good company but they’re not.

The system itself is very good and I do like the camera but the people did not finish their job and I haven’t heard back from them so their customer service sucks. My daughter had to come and set up most of our stuff to get it running. I was never given a Vivint sign. I wouldn’t tell anybody to install in their home.

It’s last year’s technology. The resolutions are outdated. The pictures are fuzzy. Their equipment can’t support their claims. They are completely not trustworthy. There is nothing good about them. They continue to charge me after the service has been cancelled.
