it's ok.have not had any problems. except you can't seem to get a actual tech to come to your premise to help after installation

It was terrible! After we canceled we kept getting phone calls about the bill and emails. Than Vivint and Fortiva weren't communicating to each other so both didn't know what the other had done. Definitely never recommending vivint.

Not a great experience. Installer was disengaged and did the minimal work. (For example, he wouldn't install the main component on the wall.) The sales experience was somewhat bait-and-switch. If I had it to do all over again, I would not choose Vivint.

Bad, I canceled my service within the 3 day trial period. I called customer service. I was on hold a long time and I never received my refund. They said I didn’t need Internet and that was a lie! I wasn’t suppose to be charged for installation and that was a lie! I wan my refund!!!!

I really regret signing up because I was given false information about Digital Life he company I was with. I should have checked with DL first b4 switching. I was told by Vivint that DL was NOT OFFERING upgrades anymore to their systems. FALSE. And i was offered one month free service. Never happened. I was charged the day of installation.

It's amazing! It keeps us alert on activity around our property and at our door. I actually prefer this over ADT.

The service is great, but you need spectacular internet service to hook it up to or your door bell ring will be delayed when someone rings it.

Make sure you ask lots of questions. There were alot of unknowns when talking with the sales representative versus talking with the actual company. Be ware!!

Do NOT give Vivint access to your bank account. They have overdrawn too much money from my account twice since June. Every time I call customer service to try and get my money back they tell me 5 to 7 business days. It’s been 3 months now.

I am not satisfied with the service I have received so far. The installation hasn't been completed to where I have the security I had with my previous provider. I am no able to get in contact with the salesman or someone with the headquarters in UT. I was onhold for 20 minutes before I hung up waiting for customer service.

Sometimes the thermostat doesn’t work but it is all very good equipment and they are doing a pretty good job. The best thing is the mobile.

Equipment is pretty good and I like that I can use it from my phone but it is also pretty expensive and I have tried to get them to fix things that they haven’t.

Quality equipment that I can use on my phone. The only thing is that sometimes it takes too long for customer service to get back to you.

Salesman was super persuasive. I got it for the outdoor cameras. If I have an issue, they are pretty quick to resolve the issue.

It was one of the most high pressure experiences I've ever experienced. A piece of their equipment failed within the first 3 days. They did replace the equipment. If I could go back in time I would have never answered the door to the sales person.

Repeat issue in less than 30 days including a false alarm. Price of Equipment ASTRONOMICAL! Zero % financing is a joke - they just build it into the "package".

I did not like the way the system was sold to me . I thought the sales person was cocky and not interested in our needs . At the end of the day he sold us a loan package with a coupon book and a system no better than what we had . The installation took 9 hours when the sales person said it would take 3 hours or less .

fter being told I could cancel my service anytime within 30 days and finding out that is not true. What a hassle I have had trying to believe what these people have told me. Everyone has a different story. Hopefully I will someday get my money back.

It would be pretty cool if they didn’t hang up on me when I try to call customer service. Originally it seemed like a pretty good company. It is pretty cool that I can open my garage door with my phone but I have been trying to get a hold of them for three weeks to cancel my service and every time I get hung up on.

I was promised many things during sales pitch that were not true. Classic bait and switch. In hindsight I wish I hadn't entered into this agreement. The product itself is good, the sales tactics were not.

The service we are paying for has not been adequately provided. When we need the system to work the most, it has failed us time and time again, were it not for the contract I would have cancelled already.
