I do recommend them to friends. It's pretty good equipment. I've got two sensors that have been out for six months and nobody has bothered to give me a call and find out why.

We like the camera a lot when we are away. Not only does it show who is at the front door on my cell phone but I can talk to them which is a big plus. Also we like the all the alarms on the windows and doors, it lets you know when the doors are opened. Great service.

We love our Vivint Security System! Easy and fool proof for the most part, and gives us 24/7 peace of mind. The only hiccup we ever had was when we forgot our passcode, and set off the alarm. The lady on the other end laughed with us, and helped us out.

Moved from ADT ==> Vivint in 2014 because of the high quality of the cameras visually and it records sound. Mobile app is fairly functional. The company no longer supports similar app functionality on line - I miss that. I also had to finance the equipment, could not pay for that out right. I did so with the finance company, but that was an unnecessary burden.

2 months ago we switched from ADT to Vivent and so far we are very happy with our choice. We chose to add the smart thermostat and stationary camera features which really help us get a daily benefit from our system. I installed the app on my phone so I can change the thermostat if I am going to be home early and also get alerts when my alarm is triggered, etc. The alerts are completely customizable. We also have 3 fire/freeze alarms in our house. At the end of the day it might be pricey but you get what you pay for!

we have had Vivint for many years going back when they were called APX. the customer service has always been great and we have had a couple of pieces of equipment replaced at no charge and we have been out of contract for years. i have recommended them to family and friends who have all been satisfied.

Well I'm a new customer and have the most recent system mine does record to the space monkey if motion is detected and I can also see a notification on my phone and watch and speak to who is there plus I have the medical alert for my dad who lives with us I believe it is a great system salesman where friendly and installers stayed till the job was done

I've had Vivint for years and the service has always been excellent. I like the contract length because Vivint doesn't raise the monthly cost unlike my last company. Also nobody else has the doorbell camera which is my favorite part of the package.

Great features and benefits to the home. I can control my garage, doors, lighting, air and arm the system through my smartphone. The amazon echo makes it convenient for day to day tasks. Had one issue with the doorbell camera and Vivint came out within a few days to make sure I'm satisfied. Would def recommend giving it a try!

Called in today to speak with Technical Support. Got a great guy named Dan.... He spent 37 minutes on the phone with me explaining things about my system that I did not know. He could not have been better or more professional. Sorry I did not get his last name to give him credit.
