Quick response time and they answer all my questions. The equipment doesn't always work. A couple of locks had to be replaced. They should allow more cameras

It's alright. It goes off a lot and you can't really heat the sound. They should work on it a bit better because not everything is being recorded. Customer service is nice people when I do call.

When we signed up fore Vivint (from a real hustler) we were promised a $300 cash "bonus" to pay off the early retirement of our current policy. About a year later I called Vivint and was told there was no such policy, so we were swindled by this guy and his brother who installed the system.

I have been with Vivint customer for 8 years. From previous years I had a good experience with them. Customer service was great but just this past 2 years I noticed a decline to quality of service. I'm just a few months away from end of my contract and seriously considering transferring to a different service provider.

I'm not happy with Vivint at all. It's outdated. They are not responsive. I call and express my concerns about the technology problems and I get no response. I would like to suggest that they do a better job of providing superior customer service. I think they should do a better job at responding to concerns the complaint that have been expressed by the consumer.'

Staff was friendly but they always say they are going to send emails in five minutes and it takes five days. There is a lot fixing that needs to be done. Sometimes the camera is laggy and some of the time it doesn't even work.
