The equipment was good enough. Their service did pretty good but there was some things they couldn't do so I ended up canceling. Their accounting people are next to impossible to deal with. They are arrogant, they dont answer, they're horrible. That's why I canceled them. I won't get Vivent again.

Until I had I recent false alarm due to system error I would have given a 5 that being said this false alarm and the service related to it has been awful. I will very like move to another supplier if this incident is not addressed satisfactorily.

Since our move to a Senior Condo in August- you continue to withdraw payments despite our phone calls; emails; and postal mail to PLEASE credit our account since our move - these payments are still being withdrawn. I have phone the Customer Solutions Dept. and spoke with Jennifer Peterson, who has asked that I send a hard copy to her per mail. This was odne on Dec.4 and yet, not further correspondence as to the receipt of this mail. Please forward this to the appropriate dept and tend to this matter ASAP.

Very unhappy. I have had the system for over 2 years, and it has not worked correctly for more than 3 weeks at a time. The cameras go offline regularly, therefore, I cannot view all of the activity. My glance panel is offline more than it is online. I have had at least 10 technicians come out to visit, which means I took off work or several days. The customer service was always professional, but the product is terrible.

Whenever I'm having issues with their expensive equipment, instead of sending a technician to fix it, they try to explain how to fix it over the phone. Also, if a technician comes out to fix any of their expensive equipment, I'm charged the repair fee. Furthermore, I was charged for equipment that I already purchased from my previous security company. The technician who installed the equipment charged me for it to make it appear as if they installed 2 sensors when they didn't. I'll be leaving them pretty soon.

Poor customer service, advised service was available in state I was going to move to when system was installed. Service was not available and now stuck with purchased equipment. no one at Vivint would help me, finally had a customer service representative agree to talk to his manager who was not there at the time and promised to call me back but never did. I would never use this company again.
