I have had nothing but issues with my cameras. Maybe 10% of the time the camera functions work when I'm not at home on the same network. When attempting to rewind it goes back days at a time, the zoom quality is sub par, the installation was a complete joke that I was left cleaning up at 10:30pm. I can continue on and on but the words left will suffice.

Terrible! Be careful with their salesperson. They are very aggressive and use a virtual contract to get you on recording saying yes. You have literally 3 days to cancel, and if you finance the equipment they won't notify you until after 3 days you weren't qualified for Vivint but they financed you through a third party. Their snakes at best. Much better options available. Do your research prior to dealing with Vivint. If you already have a security system most of your own system is compatible with your existing equipment.

Love it! I get alerts on my phone anytime someone is at my door, in my driveway or if my basement window (glass break alarm) has been opened.

Pretty good! A little more pricey than I expected! Having problems with one key sticking on the code pad for door lock and was disappointed that I only got one sign! I really need one in my front yard! I had 3 with ADT

Quality looks good and functions very well. I can see things while I am away. It is the best one available price wise. They are fast acting and help me resolve my issues.

The stuff they have, I like but they made a lot of promised they have not met. They were supposed to take care of the fact I had a contract with another company and as far as I know they never did anything.

Easy to use, it is very efficient. Purchasing it was really good but since then they have been hard to get a hold of. I get transferred and transferred and transferred.

Equipment works well. They are responsive. It is the total package and the cost is reasonable. They were flexible with what they put together for us.

It has a lot of little hick ups that haven’t been cleared out, they need to try to make the system a little better in regards to when it downloads but they are very helpful.

I am enjoying Vivint so far. It is nice to have it. Everybody needs a system in their home when they are living by himself.

Very good. I heard about them from a friend. I like the cameras. They were kind of rude about the buy back but they did it ahead.

Like their products and the technology. It is very productive and they are responsive though their technicians need to do a better job at installation.

My doorbell always goes offline but they always answer in customer service and are quickly at it. I like that I can go on my phone and see what is going on in my residence.

Make sure it is not causing a headache for you customers. The past four times, the customer service person dropped the ball. You need to communicate internally. When you say you are going to do something, do it. The equipment is fine when I am not having issues.

We decided to get Vivint because it used cellular data versus the internet. It is easy to use and they are helpful and courteous.

So far so good. The products work well. I haven't had a real test (ie. a break-in attempt), but the sensors seem to be doing their job.

If you have service with another company you will have to pay for all the equipment that is installed even if a sensor fails after you sign a contract with Vivint over 5000 dollars

A NIGHTMARE!!!!!! SIX TECHNICIANS HAVE BEEN SENT INSIDE MY HOME SINCE SERVICE BEGAN IN JUNE! I AM 66 YEARS OLD AND HAVE BEEN SELF ISOLATED FOR 7 MONTHS!!! NEITHER TECHNICIAN HAS RESOLVED THE ISSUES (TOO MANY RECORDINGS FROM 171 TO 430 OVERNIGHT!!) NOW THE FRONT CAMERA DOESN'T RECORD AT ALL. THEY SUGGEST SENDING YET ANOTHER TECHNICIAN INTO MY HOME!! NOT GOING TO HAPPEN! VIVINT HAS FAILED MISERABLY IN UPHOLDING THIER SIDE OF A BINDING CONTRACT!! I PRAY FOR YOUR SAKE THAT YOU NEVER EXPERIENCE SUCH A NIGHTMARE!

Do not like, it's very very slow. When someone rings the door bell we can't even speak to them thru the system because by the time it connects they have left. What's the point of having the app when it's always slow. Went and made a phone update thinking that might help but had nothing to do with it

I have nothing in writing. I have received no directions or "how to's" except in emails. Have had 3 false glass breaking alarms for no reason in the middle of the night and have spent a mo Th trying to get my money to pay off ADT... just rejected my paperwork for the second time. I wish I'd never heard of Vivint.

Not real happy with Vivint. Smart Thermostat does not work with the phone or control panel...Technician Vivint would haver the problem fixed within months, but it's been 6 months and no change. Not happy being charged full price every month and only getting part of the product. More than happy to have someone from Vivint call me.

So far mixed. I have had to reset the WiFi several times to get the cameras back up and running. Also cannot access my cameras quickly enough after alerted to someone at the door or having rung the door bell.

When they came to install on the first day i was on the phone for 3 and a half hours i did not have a good experience. I feel as though i am not getting my moneys worth, i was told by the sales rep for all of my trouble with them the first day he would pay for the first 6 months of my service and now that is not happening.

Poor. Every time I call I lose about am hour of my time. Issues are still not resolved. I am owed referral fees which still have not been credited to my account. The recent installation had a multitude of errors, and problems with the products that I had to resolve myself. I refuse to call again as it is a waste of my time with no resolution after multiple hours spent. I would switch companies in a heartbeat if I could.

Poor installation by installers; repeated problems with system to become full operational. For what I paid I should not have to make repeated call backs to my home in excess of 10+ times in less than 90 days of installation to fix a new system and not be advised of loosing my door bell in my home for system that does not have the alert capabilities to let me know when someone is at my door from all over my home!

Customer Service is awful. I've never experienced such awful service. When disconnected, the person, although had my number never tried to call me back. A screw feel pout of my camera causing it to lose connection. It's obviously an issue. It took a week for them to send me a screw so i can fix myself, because they can't get anyone out for 3 wks. I like the equipment when it works

Not good, there were several mistakes on the installation....didn’t program the thermostat, left a piece of a door so a message of back door is open was constant, and the device on the car was too big so they left the door open. When I called about it I got an email that asked if I wd mind taking the door off my car. Are u kidding me! And I had to call numerous time to pick up the equipment.

Not good at all starting with the person we set up the system with. The salesperson lied through his teeth to have us install their system. I should have stayed with ADT. Didn't realize it was going to cost me more than I bargained for. Your rep are nothing but liars...I've told my friends be ware of what they offer and their hidden prices on equipment. PLEASE BE CAREFUL PEOPLE WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
