I have had nothing but issues with my cameras. Maybe 10% of the time the camera functions work when I'm not at home on the same network. When attempting to rewind it goes back days at a time, the zoom quality is sub par, the installation was a complete joke that I was left cleaning up at 10:30pm. I can continue on and on but the words left will suffice.

Terrible! Be careful with their salesperson. They are very aggressive and use a virtual contract to get you on recording saying yes. You have literally 3 days to cancel, and if you finance the equipment they won't notify you until after 3 days you weren't qualified for Vivint but they financed you through a third party. Their snakes at best. Much better options available. Do your research prior to dealing with Vivint. If you already have a security system most of your own system is compatible with your existing equipment.

Pretty good! A little more pricey than I expected! Having problems with one key sticking on the code pad for door lock and was disappointed that I only got one sign! I really need one in my front yard! I had 3 with ADT

I wish I had not trusted. Lied to repeatedly and said cancel anytime no fees !!! 5 years !!!! Customer service I tried to call the next day after install and nope can't get through to cancel. I tried again and again. Finally one day waiting hours and I was told sorry you're in 5 yr contract. I nearly lost it. I have my son to support and I'm unemployed. Tears.

Not very good. Customer service was not able to tell me how to delete camera videos or notifications off my system. The person I talked to was hard to understand and he was even sure what I was asking him to do.

Horrible!!!! Lies!! Lies!!! The salesman lied to get me to switch from ADT. Call at least 15 times to cancel service. When calling customer support sat on hold for hours and they didn't even fix what I was calling for. Worst company ever I completely wasted my money and time. I HATE VIVINT. I would never ever recommend anyone to this awful company.

Thermostat not installed properly, blew a breaker, without AC for 4 days in the middle of July. Told we would have several months without being charged because of this, we are still charged every month in full. Was told we would recieve a check for the money we paid to have our AC fixed, we never recieved it

Make sure it is not causing a headache for you customers. The past four times, the customer service person dropped the ball. You need to communicate internally. When you say you are going to do something, do it. The equipment is fine when I am not having issues.

Not real happy with Vivint. Smart Thermostat does not work with the phone or control panel...Technician Vivint would haver the problem fixed within months, but it's been 6 months and no change. Not happy being charged full price every month and only getting part of the product. More than happy to have someone from Vivint call me.

I have nothing in writing. I have received no directions or "how to's" except in emails. Have had 3 false glass breaking alarms for no reason in the middle of the night and have spent a mo Th trying to get my money to pay off ADT... just rejected my paperwork for the second time. I wish I'd never heard of Vivint.

Do not like, it's very very slow. When someone rings the door bell we can't even speak to them thru the system because by the time it connects they have left. What's the point of having the app when it's always slow. Went and made a phone update thinking that might help but had nothing to do with it

A NIGHTMARE!!!!!! SIX TECHNICIANS HAVE BEEN SENT INSIDE MY HOME SINCE SERVICE BEGAN IN JUNE! I AM 66 YEARS OLD AND HAVE BEEN SELF ISOLATED FOR 7 MONTHS!!! NEITHER TECHNICIAN HAS RESOLVED THE ISSUES (TOO MANY RECORDINGS FROM 171 TO 430 OVERNIGHT!!) NOW THE FRONT CAMERA DOESN'T RECORD AT ALL. THEY SUGGEST SENDING YET ANOTHER TECHNICIAN INTO MY HOME!! NOT GOING TO HAPPEN! VIVINT HAS FAILED MISERABLY IN UPHOLDING THIER SIDE OF A BINDING CONTRACT!! I PRAY FOR YOUR SAKE THAT YOU NEVER EXPERIENCE SUCH A NIGHTMARE!

When they came to install on the first day i was on the phone for 3 and a half hours i did not have a good experience. I feel as though i am not getting my moneys worth, i was told by the sales rep for all of my trouble with them the first day he would pay for the first 6 months of my service and now that is not happening.

Poor. Every time I call I lose about am hour of my time. Issues are still not resolved. I am owed referral fees which still have not been credited to my account. The recent installation had a multitude of errors, and problems with the products that I had to resolve myself. I refuse to call again as it is a waste of my time with no resolution after multiple hours spent. I would switch companies in a heartbeat if I could.

Poor installation by installers; repeated problems with system to become full operational. For what I paid I should not have to make repeated call backs to my home in excess of 10+ times in less than 90 days of installation to fix a new system and not be advised of loosing my door bell in my home for system that does not have the alert capabilities to let me know when someone is at my door from all over my home!

I love the product. The salesmen were nice. However, the approach of pressuring me to sign a 5 year contract and then 10 minutes later someone is drilling into my house... ugly sales tactic and extremely uncool. Vivint you need to train your sales team not to do this.

I am upset because when I recommended my sister in law, she was offered more and better products than I did not know about. So it’s best for me not to recommend anyone to you because when I go over to there home I get very upset because I wasn’t offered that particular product.
