I love the product. The salesmen were nice. However, the approach of pressuring me to sign a 5 year contract and then 10 minutes later someone is drilling into my house... ugly sales tactic and extremely uncool. Vivint you need to train your sales team not to do this.

I am upset because when I recommended my sister in law, she was offered more and better products than I did not know about. So it’s best for me not to recommend anyone to you because when I go over to there home I get very upset because I wasn’t offered that particular product.

At first I was happy with it and have no issue with the product, but they refuse to work with me on the products I have that I cannot use because of incompatibility with my garage door openers. I received the run around from three separate agents when trying to get in touch. Still have not resolved the issue.

IT was o.k. in the beginning. First of all for 2 hours I told the salesman if he could not arrange for me to pay my own bill without going into my accounts he could stop right there. He indicated that could be arranged. Second of all I cancelled 9/4/2020 not 9/18/2020. The next thing you never get any confirmation of a conversation or proof of anything.

Customer Service is awful. I've never experienced such awful service. When disconnected, the person, although had my number never tried to call me back. A screw feel pout of my camera causing it to lose connection. It's obviously an issue. It took a week for them to send me a screw so i can fix myself, because they can't get anyone out for 3 wks. I like the equipment when it works

Horrible service. The sales person was not knowledgeable about installation and we signed up to things our house was not capable of accomodating. They were never there when they said they would be. I needed to remove a camera that I couldnt use and it was a huge process. They still havent gotten it right. The app is seriously slow too with internet or cell reception. Seriously disapointed.

It has been so so, the system is over priced for equipment valve and the sales rep lied about not having an activation fee, being able to use existing ADT smoke and CO2 detectors. The promised to make it right and I never heard from him again. Follow your gut when you see low reviews that the company really does suck, the sales reps over promised and under deliver. B.T.N.A. Big Talk No Action!

Not good, there were several mistakes on the installation....didn’t program the thermostat, left a piece of a door so a message of back door is open was constant, and the device on the car was too big so they left the door open. When I called about it I got an email that asked if I wd mind taking the door off my car. Are u kidding me! And I had to call numerous time to pick up the equipment.

Not good at all starting with the person we set up the system with. The salesperson lied through his teeth to have us install their system. I should have stayed with ADT. Didn't realize it was going to cost me more than I bargained for. Your rep are nothing but liars...I've told my friends be ware of what they offer and their hidden prices on equipment. PLEASE BE CAREFUL PEOPLE WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Not good at all. Joel A came to my door promising me my bill would be a few more dollars than what I would be paying with ADT. And that my final bill was more than 1000.00 ot would be covered. My monthly bill is over 15 dollars more than what i was paying with ADT. When doing the contract he told me he would adjust it. I've tried to contact him via text and phone and no replies. I've called vivint and there's nothing they could do but give me 2 months free. I'm not happy at all with this service. I am on the verge of canceling and calling better business beauru.

Very disappointing. Equipment began failing after 35 days. Waited two weeks for a service technician, who fixed it 3 times and it would fail again within an hour. Then a motion sensor began to send false alarms. The police responded when I was out of phone range. Customer service usually requires a wait time of 30 minutes or more. I cancelled my contract and they removed the equipment. Now I'm still waiting for a refund.

Horrible service for both security and customer service! I have only been late by a few days and at latest a week. Vivint reported to my credit that I was over 60 days late. This caused my credit score to drop over 70 points!! My account had never reflected this and I have always paid inside the month I am due. Only had this service for 3 months and this is just one issue. The quality of the doorbell camera at night is bad. Very scratchy and constantly skipping. My internet is not to blame, because everything else in my smart home works perfectly!

The cameras rarely work. I have spent several occasion over five or six hours on the phone with their technical support trying to fix the cameras but they refuse to send out a tech to fix it. They keep telling me to reboot the panel and they doesn’t actually fix the problem. When the equipment works, it is great but when it doesn’t, it is basically useless.

Poor installation service. The installer lost the key to my panel box and he has not contacted me to replace the lock or return the key. I am very upset and fear that my safety is jeopardized because he left my house with the key to my lockbox for my alarm panel. I have been trying to get some help from the POC Will R. but he has failed to resolve the problem.

My experience has been horrible. The salesman said that I would not be billed for the first month's service because I had just paid my monthly bill with my prior provider. However, I was still billed. Shortly after I switched to Vivint, the salesman stopped responding to my calls and texts. I'm leaving Vivint after less than one month due to their horrible service. It is the worst service I've ever received. Do not recommend

Well the video is the only thing that seems to be working and that is fine, but I don't like the garage door opener-it messed up our regular push button garage door openers and when trying to use it on the app just takes too long for it to open or respond thru the app. I really don't like it

Right now I am not a very happy camper with vivint. My cameras do not work right! I cannot get any body here until the 29th of September and today is only the 8th! When I talk to someone they have no clue what to do. That is after I have been on hold for 45 minutes and switched numbers 3 or 4 times.
