I have called multiple times to correct my account I have four locations with you. I was given the wrong permit for the last location and it was returned by the county in the mean time the city fined me $500. I also had a request for a service call which was a no call no show to the house. Half my system at the house does not work I have called true protection three times to rectify it he situation amd have not received a call back or any contact whatsoever.

The guy came and installed a new front door sensor and it fell off in four days. It has been THREE weeks and he keeps rescheduling and then not showing!

I do not like the true protection cameras. It only records videos and detects motion when the alarm is set to on. It is a crappy system. Waste of money

They do not do anything any other company would do at an even lower price and they don't stick you with a contract that you can't get out of!
