I've been with Guardian for over 8 or 9 years now and now find that the circumstances exist that I must relocate and sell my house. I've been informed by Guardian that I must continue to pay monitoring fees throughout the contract period even though I no longer own the property. I must now bring in legal professional to challenge this policy as I write a 30 day notice to terminate services.

The person I spoke to on the phone was helpful however, I mad an appointment for someone to come out and discuss possible service bit no one ever showed nor did I receive a phone call to reschedule. This is not a very professional way to represent a company the clams to be the best in the business.

I have had Guardian Protection since 8/2016 installed by a company called cingo home. The tech that installed my system has never been able to get my camera to work, and have given up. I wrote a bad review about Cingo and apparently they are the only one Guardian used to install in my area. I have tried to get this resolved and also to add fire alarms but they refuse to come back to my house. I am stuck in a contract with a company that will not respond to my needs. I would say never, never use Guardian.

Their sale man lied about our current security system have bought over by Guardians Protection Service. We didn't know that it was just a scam to get us to sign on to a lengthy contract with them. Now I have been charge with both security companies. I have given few calls to they about their unethical sell tactic but it didn't seem to worry them and have claim they have nothing to do with the sale man. Not a honest company! I won't trust them protecting my home and my family!

Mesa based Guardian is pitiful. We dealt with a young man, installer, who "promised" lots of things and never made good on any of it. They fired him. This company was DOUBLE billing and We caught them called Mesa office and spoke with CEO or owner. Promised restitution and refund then wait 24-48 hours. Check was supposed to arrive Monday, July 10. Nothing came! We have tried to call Guardian several times in the past few days...and no one answers. We are now demanding contract termination. No response. We will be contacting authorities and news stations to publicize this company. A scam.
