I had technician Denise visit at my house twice. Her first visit was very professional. Called Guardian for service and Denise was the tech again. So happy when I saw and knew who she was. Her knowledge and professionalism was wonderful. If service is needed again, I will be requesting Denise again. E. Dunn

I was very pleased with John M, the technician who came to install my services. He was very thorough in installing my equipment. He took his time doing the installation. John cleaned his work area and disposed of all packing materials and trash upon completion of his assignment. 😊

Wonderful service! Great customer responsiveness, price is comparable. The app with service is great for monitoring all the bells & whistles that go with the alarm system. Once we learned the system, we have not had one false alarm. We really like the really loud alarm that would act as a deterrent if anyone did break into the home.

Ricardo K went above and beyond to set up our security system. He was kind professional and explained everything to us.He was especially kind and considerate to my dog which which I appreciated emensly. I would recommend him highly and his assistant Blair Brothers. They really were excellent!!

Brian was wonderful! He actually filled in for the original service person. If he had not done that we would have had to be home next Friday. He worked diligently to complete our sensors and get our system checked and running. Great guy, friendly and speaks well of your company.

Our technician was amazing. He was very efficient and answered all of our questions. He was extremely personable and great at his job. He also took great care to follow all the COVID protocols, which we appreciated immensely. He was awesome!

Mike was great. He really knew the technology and figured out the issues I was having with the alarm. I was impressed by his diligence and attention to detail. I plan to purchase more equipment in the future and will definitely request Mike do the install based on my confidence in his ability.

The tech was very knowledgeable and helpful as Bob G took the extra time to ensure that we understood how to use the system and to hide any wires so it wouldn’t adversely impact our decorum while helping us to feel more safe.

Experience has been good from consultation, install and monitoring. Had two smoke alarms that went off in past two weeks due to burnt food. Monitoring station was quick both times to call and see if emergency services were needed.

MIKE was just amazing . He has all the technical skills to make your company be successful. I have had previous techs come to the house and spend twice the amount of time yet the results today are amazing. It is people like Mike that keeps me with Guardian. What a great asset . I do hope that he get this information

From initial call to install, I highly recommend Guardian Protection. Salesman explained package in detail and the benefits of protecting our new home. The technician was very professional while educating me on my new system. The system has been very easy to use. I feel safer in my home.

The technician was on time he Was very professional, He explained everything that I needed for my System he made sure that I understood everything !!!! I appreciate that he protected my floors by covering his feet thank you so much!!!!!

Our tech was very personable & friendly. Did not get in the way of our day to day routine around here. Made sure everything was understood about both the pin pad & app to everyone who would be using it. Answered any questions without making us feel like it was stupid of us to ask that.

I like the round the clock protection that I receive from Guardian. And the technician Paul who installed my keyless entry provided stellar customer service and did a really great job he went above and beyond what was expected.

Guardian has exceeded our expectations so far. From the initial phone call to Guardian Protection, our sales agent, Matt and installer, Jim, each person has done a professional & thorough job. We could not be more happy and satisfied. We will be referring Guardian to people we come in contact with.

3/2/20 JON and Joe 3/23/20 both installed our system. We did not have wifi at first. Both did a wonderful job. Polite, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to help us answer our questions concerning Guardian Protection and other computer issues.

I worked with Rebecca/Becca, had several issues to discuss, she cheerfully helped me with every question, got the techs involved to reprogram part of my system, very happy with the results of that and her help with the other questions.

The technician was polite, helpful, patient and very good at providing instructions and options. He was understanding of my time and was very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend choosing Guardian. The system is really easy to use.

My customer service with my Guardian Protection was exceptional. My service person was John and his professionalism was beyond what I am seen from other companies He was very patient with me and walked me through all my technical issues I was having. He was a terrific person and is definitely an assist to the Guardian Protection team. 👍👍

I've called Customer Service/Technical Support a few times since my system was installed 2 weeks ago. I made two of these calls NOT during regular business hours. The Guardian staff has been wonderfully helpful, patient and professional.

I apologize for the lengthy review, but feel I should be 100% accurate. I purchased a Guardian Home Protection system when I purchased my first house. I signed the 5 year contract, had the system installed, and everything was fine. 18 months later my wife was offered a job in another part of the state and we decided to move. I called Guardian when we were getting everything ready to move after selling/buying. Everything went as I expected. The individual explained I didn't have to remove any equipment out of the home, and just had to call when I got into the new home to have them come by and set up the new system. We moved into our new home and I called Guardian to make an appointment for the new home. After giving my new address I was informed I was out of their area, but they would still be able to accommodate me. All I had to do was tell them exactly what I needed some the technician can come to install it. I was told they could not send a technician out without that information, because they needed to know what to bring. This was back in February of 2018. Life got away from us with my wife starting her new job so we just never got around to cataloging what we needed so the technician could come and install it. I ended up getting a job overseas so, again life got away from us. Meanwhile I am continuing to pay the monthly fee since I did sign a contract and the reason the system is not in my home is because of my own lack of doing. Well let's go to present day. I am getting ready to come home and I realize "hey I need to get that system installed". So I call Guardian to set everything up. I am then informed that they do not cover where my new home is again, which I expect. But, now they tell me that they will not by any means install a new security system. I ask what my options are. And, they inform me I can either pay the termination fee or just continue to pay the monthly payment until my contract ends. This is ridiculous. They say the contract is for the house. That's it. If you move and they cannot provide you service to that house they are not liable. Since again, the contract for your PREVIOUS HOUSE. I was trying to continue service with the company and was basically told to pound sand. If you are thinking about this company I would take a long time thinking about it. I would say go with someone that is more likely to have coverage and not swindle you. I understand I signed a contract for 5 years. I was ok with it. I was alright with their service. I wasn't calling to terminate or cancel I was essentially going to get a system installed and have another five year contract. But ended up getting screwed because the contract is for the house. Review Update: Since the writing of my review Guardian contacted me, and i was able to resolve my issue with them to my satisfaction. Like I said above I had no issues with their actual product.

So far I like the system. The notifications when the system is armed and disarmed. When a door is left open I immediately am alerted. It's nice to be able to set secondary security codes for guest with the ability to easily delete that secondary code whenever you don't want guest access. Yes, and even had 1 false alarm. I disarmed the system and was still given a security call from the company to make sure there was no break in.

My experience with Guardian Protection was phenomenal! The installation technician was amazing. We discussed all my options and they took the time to show me how to use the mobile app as well as the website. I couldn't be more pleased with the decision to let Guardian protect my home.

For some reason the alarm panel reset itself at 1:30am, and started beeping a problem, called customer service but was told I had to call back after 6:00am EST because their tech desk was unmanned until then. I thought it was 24/7, what do they think, problems don’t happen during off hours?? Had to listen to it beep fir iver 3 hours, unacceptable!!!

Have been with this company for many years and they never disappoint! Representatives are always friendly and solve any issue that arises swiftly and effectively. Service folks arrive promptly and are invariably polite. They answer all questions thorough and our system works well consistently. The prices are fair and reasonable.
