The system is high tech and easy to use. The guy that installed it, we never got the screen pad back. They just never brough it back and they said they had it in order but they never brought it.

I felt secure having the system, however, when I transfered my services to my new house, I was unaware that I was locked in for another 5 years. I called and advised I was not explained I was under contract but I was locked in. This made for a bad experience because I remember it clearly. The installers were two young guys, it was a Friday afternoon, they were rushing around to get done. I don't remember signing anything and what Guardian sent me (the contract) was not my signature.

They are very responsive, and the service is good. The contracts are kind of awful, and auto renew unless you "cancel them in writing" months before they expire. Rates are high.

The service is find, but I am very unhappy with the $2 charge on my monthly statement. This charge is absolutely unnecessary, but yet Guardian continues to charge their loyal customers with an unnecessary fee.

Monitoring service is on time. Turn around time for servicing could be shorter. Problem with equipment should be accurately diagnosed and repaired/replaced during he first service call.
