I just think that they need to be more aware of their customer after they make the sale to make them feel more comfortable with what they've purchased and just be more have more communication because we didn't have that.

The technician gave a detailed walkthru of the Security System, but did not check the ethernet ports provided by Guardian. The ports still not working and we had to schedule a tech visit which is after a month.

I've had the door bell camera installed since Jan 20, 2018 but it doesn't show live video. I've called the IT folks and they tried walking me though it over the phone, with no luck. They've sent the tech back out and still no luck. The saved vidoe is great, but no live stream. I'm paying for it, with the hope that it will be repaired soon.

Going with them was not my choice, it came with our home. It's the only thing that they would install in our new home. They are extremely expensive and I can't get out of the contract with them for a long time. I've never really needed customer service, but the couple times I've called and spoke with someone they were okay. The only place you can put the thing in the bedroom gives off a white glowing light where you are unable to sleep unless you can cover that up.
