What really sold me on the user system was the customer service and the prompt feedback. He security system is very top of the line modern technology, though the cameras do need improving, that's the only negative thing I have to say.

It keeps me safe. It was all brand new equipment that I wish was little more durable and then it would be top notch, but it was easy to move and set up. The personal service is great. They sent me a package and wished me well. They were very prompt and thorough explaining everything to me.

Technologically they are ahead of the game but is still cheaper. It all works well. Customer service when it comes to sales is really good but there is no way to track your order, so once you spend the money, there is no feedback on where the order is in the process.

Easy to use and hasn't failed. Customer support is responsive and always a good experience. I did have a problem with a piece not sticking on the wall but they sent us some additional pieces and it worked. I wish that they would be more responsive when the alarm goes off.

They are receptive when you need to call. You have a few problems with it every now and then and they need to be readjusted. Sometimes the doorbell camera doesn't pick up the motion detector so we have to call and get it reset again. I like the ease in which you could activate the system. Just push the button and it activates it.

I only talked to them a couple of times, but the couple of times that I did need help, they were very helpful and I could get my system going pretty quickly. When I'm using their system, it lets you know which door is open and it's loud enough that you can hear it through the house.

They were very knowledgeable and he seemed to know what he was talking about and he talked me out of buying the extra stuff that I didn't need and helped me with deciding what was most important to buy. The control box that they sent me, the front panel keeps falling off so I had to take it on. Other than that, everything is great.

In the beginning, my experience wasn't what I thought it would be. They didn't sent the correct item at first and then when I called them, I had to basically call two times to get the right item mailed to me and then when I did, they didn't set up the referral, they ended up charging me. The system that they have sticky stuff isn't really sticky so I had to use crazy glue myself to fix some.

Experience has been good. Their written complaint option within the Frontpoint app is unresponsive, calling with complaints/problems is much better. Use of the App to arm and disarm is very user friendly. Adding sensors to the system is very easy through the App or by calling them on the phone. I feel the cost is a little higher than need be.

Installation is easy, however, customer service is not great. For example, I put in a call two weeks ago for help with installation of a new keypad. When on hold for Customer Service, you are given the option to leave your number for a callback & then you select a time. My callback was supposed to come 30 minutes later, but it came a week and a half later when I wasn't home to upgrade the unit. My biggest complaint is that when subscribing, you are given the impression that you will have full use of the FrontPoint app, however, it expires after something like 30 days at which time if you want to continue using it, you have to pay $10 more per month. That was never told to me when I signed the contract. It's ridiculous that to have use of the app, I would need to pay the same amount per month I was paying to CPI & they actually talk to you when an alarm goes off. Sorry that I signed a 3 year contract.

They usually answer and get your problem fixed fairly quickly. Problems, you're gonna call them...alot. Between faulty sensors, mobile apps that report as an error, and delayed door chime call outs that'll scare the pants off you when no one has used the backdoor in over 20 minutes ago when you brought the dog in and locked the door and armed the alarm for bed and then BACKDOOR CLOSED!!! Rings out while you're laying down.

Every time the alarm goes off they call me and see if it is an actual emergency or not. They're pretty on top of their stuff. The alarm is pretty loud. It's good equipment especially the motion sensors.

I wish they are there twenty four hours, but they don't do it. I wish they had touch screens. Some of their equipment seems out of date. What I like about it is that you can install it yourself. They don't force you to buy unnecessary equipment.

It is easy to install and less expensive than others. I like that I can do it on my phone, though I wish they could come up with a motion sensor that did not get set off when the dog walks by like others do. They call you back promptly.

Front point was recommended by a friend and nobody is perfect but they seem to be doing pretty good. They are pretty good about helping me with everything I need to do. It was easy to set up. I have had multiple problems with the equipment but they're taking care of it.

The best thing is the pricing and the ability to do it yourself. Installing the system was easy. I do have a lot of problems with the pieces of equipment going off line for no reason. When I've had problems, it took about three days for support to respond.

The mobile app is very beneficial and user friendly and I think it should be available to any customers instead of as an upgrade. It gives me peace of mind. I like that there is always somebody there I can talk with to help me with my problems I have with the system.

I have had some issues with the equipment. Customer service is really outstanding. They are always there to answer their phones and call you back with they say they're going to. They're very patient. The prices are reasonable and it is simple and doesn't require wifi to work.

I have no complaints about the equipment or service. Both have met my expectations. Sales department needs work. I was lured in by a $20 a month offer and was not told that after a trial period the Frontpoint app would be disabled. When I called to complain I was told they would be happy to enable it for me for $10 a month. Of course I was furious. The customer service rep I spoke with was absolutely certain this was explained to me during the sales process but i will assure you it was not. I tried to cance my service but was told the free cancellation period had expired and the 3 year contract was in effect. How convenient for Frontpoint that it works out that way. Not a happy client.

The self-activation with app process was pretty good but did require some help via phone & the agent couldn''t tell me much about the doorbell cam installation outside of a booklet she was reading from. I did better through YouTube or other system installs. They can improve on more features in their app, pricing, long contract, update to keypad, & wireless connectivity. They can''t use 5G and my 4G seems to not work as well. Their doorbell cam quality could be better & response to motion is not the best. They also don''t give tracking information. You just have to wait until things arrive.

ok. Improvement: Make the online app service affordable. When I signed up this for a contract I was told that this was feature, but then I found out that it is a free trial issue. After a month I was asked to pay. I cancelled that service. This does not seem honest.

Liked that I could install it myself and not have anybody come into my home to install it. I also like that it is wireless but it is not super high quality security. Still, I like the comfort of knowing somebody is monitoring my home and that would be alerted to an intruder.

They normally answer any time I have to call and help me resolve any issues that I may have. The outside cameras should automatically record. If someone goes out the back door, it says that the back door is open. But if someone comes in, it will wait for a good 10 or 15 minutes and "back door closed or open".
