They had really good customer service and were amazing to work with. When I thought the price was a little too high, they did everything they could to lower it for me and gave me a great monthly rate. But, I did have some issues with the smoke detector and a camera not working correctly.

Frontpoint was at a low cost, and the installation process was very easy. Customer service was cooperative and helpful, but there was quite a bit of miscommunication about the systems capabilities, and the service didn't quite measure up to what was expected. It doesn't really have the capabilities as advertised.

What I like is that I get consistant notifications of doors left open or when the alarm is armed or disarmed. What it can improve in is getting installers to come out and install the equipment. Specially the door bell camera. Till this day it is not installed as my husband was unable to do it.

Good experience. But I was told motion sensors would work with a cat. They do not. Switched to glass break. But when I sent back the motion sensors I was charged for the hardware when it was to be an even exchange. I had to call for my credit.

I think they offer the best customer service, they are a 24-hour service. The support is phenomenal, they'll do whatever it takes to teach you and make you understand. They need to resolve a few small things, but it is super user friendly to use. Even if you weren't technically inclined the system is user friendly.

The folks on the phone are extremely well trained and knew exactly what they were talking about. Everytime I called, I got an answer. Their equipment is high quality but they don't necessarily have the same wide selection as some of their competitors.

The equipment was easy to set up. I set it up myself. I was a little upset with the fact that the introduction included use of the online application but once that introduction was done, they wanted to charge me an additional ten dollars a month for the app and that wasn't what they told me originally.

They always help and I never had an issue or any kind of problems with them. They pay on the first of the month, regardless of when you actually start so if you start on the middle of the month, they will charge you on the first which I don't know why they do that.

I did have issues with the system. Something happened with my sensors and they walked me through resetting it. They're just very professional and very knowledgeable. The customer service is really good. I haven't had any other issue since then.

When I was setting up the system, the young man at first wasn't very clear so I had to call back adn the second representative was actually better. I think the system could be a little bit better. The alarm isn't loud or strong enough.

If I've ever had any technical questions or any technical support, I've had no issues getting ahold of someone immediately. They've always been able to either answer my question or set it up for me. There are some connection issues occasionally between the cameras and the mobile app or the weather based site.

The first equipment I got had a defective part and they replaced it with no issues. Every time I get a phone call, they are respectful and are able to deal with the issues. It seems like there's a lot of other equipment that's less conspicuous, but I think it gets the same security functionality.

The customer service is good, they walk you through the installation and so forth. They have very well-trained representatives. However, the tape they give you for mounting the video cameras does not work well enough, so my video cameras always fall down.

I like the ease of install. App could be updated a bit and limit on video cameras and video clips is disappointing but I'm stuck for the contract now... But i for sure won't renew if that don't change,pricimg is premium for limited service. In addition they cant get my garage to work with extender for the lock or long range sensor for the door. Its about 70 ft from my panel.

The people that I've dealt with or had questions with have been really good about answering them and getting all the information. I have some issues with some of the automation features and they're not as stylish as some of the other brands so far as trying to blend the home screen into your house. It's kind of big and bulky and not as sleek as some other ones.

I wasn't home when the package was delivered. They just delievered it with no knock on the door. There was just six big boxed sitting at the front door and I was gone for two days, I was suprised that no one grabbed it after two days of it being on the step.

I only called the customer support the one time and they couldn't seem to help me with the weather problem. It would show the weather for the say and it doesn't work any longer. It just shows the time. I'm not happy with that because I like to use it to see my weather in the morning. The equipment is okay, but I don't think the alarm is loud enough. You stand outside the door and you can't hear the alarm from inside.

Every time I call them for anything they've been you know very helpful, they did send me my packet to redo all my alarms and stuff like that in my house. At the moment I actually was moving in, I needed to move my service and they haven't been able to help me with my log in so I have not been able to actually log in to use my front point service. They did try to reset my log in a couple of times but it didn't work and honestly I just haven't had time to call them back. The other equipment seems to work well.

It was on the top of the line as far as Consumer Reports. When I called and was having problems with it, they were able to walk me through it. I'm having problems with one of my cameras and I haven't figured out what the problem is yet.
