Functionality of the equpment has been good. However, customer service needs to be improved drastically. Rep who sold me the system stated that would get the app access for your phone included. However, it was only a 1 month trial. After calling in to find out why my app access was not working any longer, they told me i had to upgrade and pay more to get access to the app on your phone.

Our family had a great experience with Frontpoint security just recently. We were out of town and alarm went off. Frontpoint called us and activated the police response. Our property was safe.

Their system is great. We can move it around but we do have to go into their website and update everything and that's a little bit of a pain. Every time we move it, we have to replace the double tape and it takes a little bit of patience.

The customer service was really responsive. I'm having difficulty getting in touch with the representative when I initially wanted to start with this. The detector doesn't hang properly and constantly falls. The crash detector doesn't work so that's good. I don't really like the fact that we set up the system, I'd rather have security specialists do that.

They're only available during business hours Monday to Friday, I would prefer that they'd be available 24/7. It's easy to use. It's easy to tell which monitors are not connected. It's really easy to manage from your phone.

They're always prompt to answer my questions and when the whole troubleshooting thing set off, there was someone who walked me through every step and really helped me out. It's easy to set up but it was a little hard to set up if your door isn't flush with the door frame.

For the self install they walked me through it very well so I had no problems installing it. They helped me test the system and from that point I really did not have to call them it's been working well for about 4- 5 months now. They have a unique self-install procedure with their equipment.

They were very helpful during my installation process whenever I had a question I called and they would answer it and walk me through the process so I thought they did a good job. The equipment seems to work good and I know on my cell phone sometimes disarming it with the app doesn't always work but that might be a factor of our wifi.

Getting the right equipment was a bit of a challenge. Our initial order didn't arrive as expected and we did need to exchange some parts. However, once all that was worked out, the system had exceeded our expectation! The control panel is intuitive and the app is exactly what we wanted to have ! FrontPoint customer service is on point!

Price, easy to do business with. The app could use some work. I would like to know the time the sensors were active. It always shows an active sensor. The app no longer sends notifications unless a choose to receive a text message. I don't want a text message for the notices.

The sales person wasn't as knowledgeable on the product as he could have been. There were some upgrades that I would like to have included on the initial purpose that I didn't know about. It is easy to install with the given instructions and then the self-checks are simple as well.

Overall, the system does what I need it to do. I had trouble with setup when we moved in March. They couldn't understand that we were moving homes but leaving our old equipment. This left us in our new home with no alarm system for a few weeks. Also, I have never received the $50 referral for new customers (I've referred two people who I know use Frontpointe).
