So far, their representatives have been pretty well. They reply the emails pretty quickly, and the wait time is quick as well. Plus, it wasn't hard to install the system. Actually, the reason I chose them was because they had good reviews and offered a reasonable price.

From what I read online, Frontpoint was the highest rating company that had the easiest system to use, so I chose them. Installing it was very seamless, and I really like the fact that it lets me know if my garage door is open, or if I forget to arm the system at night. Plus, I can disarm it from my phone directly, so I really like it!

Customer service helped me install everything, so they were okay. Their system has had glitches once in a while, but they're just minor things because overall, I'm pretty satisfied with it. Plus, I really like the feature where I can keep track of the security system from my cellphone. I'm just really happy with Frontpoint!

I've never had to call their representatives for any issues, but they've been very professional and helpful in getting me set up with the equipment. We have had this product in 3 different homes for the past 6 years. We enjoy being able to move our sensors and configure them to suit our needs. The Customer Service is excellent - very responsive to our requests as well as to alarm scenarios. Recently we moved to a city where there is an elevated crime rate due to drug abuse so this system gives us an enhanced sense of security. We like the fact that it is wireless (so there are no wires to cut by any potential burglar) and we can control settings via our cell phones (remote activate and deactivate etc.) The monitoring costs we consider reasonable and the staff have always treated us with great respect.

The doorbell camera has been an issue ever since I got it. Constantly trying to get live video. Troubleshooting with your techs only to have it work for a brief while. I've given up. But I hate that it never wants to stay connected to the WiFi although the WiFi shows that it is.

Prior to our most recent experience I would have given 5 stars, however, we recently upgraded our panel for our rental property and the tech support gentleman totally screwed us up. It appears he connected our rental property panel to our primary address. The sensors are all malfunctioning and our properties are not being monitored. We continue to spend several hours with tech services without immediate solutions. Super frustrating.

I do not like the fact that in a panic you have to remember a code instead of pressing a button to seek the correctcontact.I.E.Police, Fire, Medical.The motion sensorsare hard to get apart to change batteries and to get the new type of sensor cost 77 plus dollars. I won't be renewing.

Each agent has different answers. I just got my package in Aug. and it's been horrible because I've never had a system quandary so I'm roped in for over $1000 with no feeling safe.Very disappointed and will tell all not to get Frointpoint, go to ADT or even a regular store. I have all the equipment,I'd like to give back with getting out of my contract. Can I please get out of my contract,it's not helping me at all. I'm on a fixed income and if this doesn't work, or I can't get a RIGHT answer and a smaller contract time,that would help. They didn't tell me I had options on my contract times. A lot was left out by rep,as if as long as they made the sale,that's all they wanted,like a quota to be met. SO DISAPPOINTED.

The monitoring service seems to work fine. They should probably look into more substantial equipment, it really seems like tinkertoy stuff. I really do wish I'd gone with another company. For now I'm just staying put since it functions. The amount of time it takes to get to somebody is obscene, especially when you're having a problem with your alarm and you think there may be a burglary.

If one piece of equipment doesn't work tree system won't work even if you try to remove say "glass break". I asked to remove it and the company didn't remove it. The system won't work if one item isn't working. My smoke detectors work but no one calls to verify my house isn't in fire like they did in the past. They say they will remove the item from the system but it also didn't get done the second time. Although I removed a noon working detector because it needed a special battery, I could not harm the system because they never removed the glass break. Now nothing works. They went from great service and system to what I have now.

When I signed up I had concerns about the system working with our poor internet service. I was told it would not be an issue, but that has proven to be the case frequently. Also realized they charge you monthly to use their app and a touchscreen screen with similar capabilities cost extra.

I called to let them know that the system occasionally will let me know that a door opens, but it doesn't say it has closed for 30-45 minutes later. I called twice. They said it was fixed, but it happened twice after, although now it seems to be working well.

I tried to put my system "On Hold" and they kept charging me for months. How could they justify the charges if all of the gear was in a box in my garage? They are charging for monitoring right? Shouldn't they have detected that there was no signal??? How can they say this was an accident??? If someone broke in and smashed my gear would they even know??
