I picked them because they were cheaper than the others and used cellular service rather than Wi-Fi. They have been really quick to respond and helpful over the phone when I needed them. When I called it just took me a few extra minutes to get to the person that I needed to talk to. The equipment is moderately easy to install but I have some pieces that were damaged when I received it. I had to call several times to get the pieces to work and they still haven't sent me the new parts.

They offered a good trade off between the ease of setting things up, the cost, and the flexibility of what is covered. Customer service has been very supportive and responsive so far. You get a person talking to you through the phone rather than a machine.

They have answered any question or issue that I've had. They've been very supportive and helpful. I like the fact that they sell the equipment rather than renting it out. That way it's not a waste of money for us. It definitely works well, we've had no issues with it and it was all easy to install. Very user friendly.

After doing some research on different companies, I called Frontpoint to get information, and the representatives were very helpful. Their great customer service and feedback is what made me decide to go with them of course. I lose my patience very quickly if I don't get good customer service, but they've answered quickly when I call them. They sent over an older version of their system first, but everything seems to be working just fine after receiving the newer version.

The reviews online seemed to have favorable ratings, as well as high customer satisfaction, so I decided to go with them directly. I liked the system. It took maybe half an hour to set it up. It was all simple because it was wireless. So far, I've been pleased with it.

My mom inadvertently opened the door once, and since she forgot to disarm the system, the monitor detected it. A representative was online with her right away, making sure everything was fine, so I'd say the system works perfectly. I just think it's a very good company.

I like the fact that their sensors are wireless and that their customer service is outstanding. They're always ready and available to assist at any time! Every time I had an issue, their customer support were always there to help, and they were courteous in the process. There was only one issue during the setup process. One of the fences fell off due to the adhesive they had sent me, so they just sent more and since then, I haven't had a problem with them.

There's no contract tied to the service so that was a major factor that made me decide for them. Plus, it's a self-installing system, and it's cellular. So far, I've had to use them 4 or 5 times, and the agents I speak to are really good! It's just been a great system. I've even recommended it to other friends that are now using the service.

After looking at some internet surveys, Frontpoint seemed like the company with the less amount of complaints, so I decided to go with them. Their customer support has been very polite and efficient, but setting up the system is where everything got complicated. I'm not a real technical person, and the little contacts have been falling off the doors. I have 2 doors that are not protected because right now of that. Putting that aside, they're very good about calling me to see if everything is okay when the alarm goes off. Like I said, my only issue is with the system. I'm not technically savvy, and arming and disarming the system is not easy for me either.

All the reviews online regarding Frontpoint's service are very positive, and considering their customer service has been good, my experience with them has been positive. They'll call you within 20 or 30 seconds if the alarm goes off, but I think there's cheaper devices out there they could offer. Also, the system is very well explained, and it's just simple to install.

Way too many small issues with the alarm system, such as bypassing sections. showing doors open when they are actually close. calling to fix is very time consuming and most times we have to leave a call back and when that happens t's usually while in the middle of meeting or taking care of our customer.

They answer most of my questions, but there have been one or two instances where it's been difficult to to get certain issues resolved. Mostly reliable. The company is willing to work with anything that is faulty, but the touch screen panel in my opinion should turn off, not stay on at all times. My house is safe.

I have some issues with my garage door, because I put it at the garage door and sometimes it will activate it without the door being really open. Everything else was fine. It was pretty easy to install the equipment and the application and the software. It was easy to use. Every time I called the costumer service has solved my problem.

It's easy to install. It's not that robust, but it's adequate. The only feedback I have is that when I'm trying to disconnect from them I've had to wait on line for up to 40 minutes and I just gave up after a while and even with their call back service they never called back.

Crappy equipment! And hugely expensive. We had good equipment before Frontpoint replaced it with an "upgrade" that is pure garbage. It has inadequate volume country so every time we open the front door, on the quietest setting, we are still announcing to everyone in the neighborhood that we have opened the door. So obnoxious. There is zero information of use on the new panel. Why on earth did Frontpoint upgrade to such junk? Frontpoint required $327 for it or a two year commitment. I very much regret this decision. When my contract runs out, I will not renew. You have chosen the path of profits over value.

I was very disappointed in ADT so I switched to Frontpoint. Every time I call, they are helpful and every time the alarm goes off, they offer to send out the sheriff's department. Sometimes it will go off when nothing's happening because there's a bug crawling on the window or something. But I like the sense of security it gives me.

They need to hire more individuals and technicians. Recently it has been difficult to get someone on the phone. Once you do get a person, they are very nice and helpful but the wait time is awful. I like that it is not expensive but it is not sophisticated. It is fine for the purpose but not great.

Everything works as it should. If there is a break they are there anytime. It nice knowing it I secure and that you are being monitored. For the fire detectors they need something other than the sticky stuff for the long term basis.

The best thing is the app. The other features leave a little bit to be desired. Some of the door chimes don’t work efficiently. Front Point should start thinking critically about how to compete on price because a lot of new technologies are emerging that are more cost efficient.

For the most part the equipment seems to be working fine. I have had some issues, mostly with it going off when we are not at home, but mostly it works fine. Frontpoint is very responsive and call the check in and send someone if there is no response. The app is good. The price is competitive compared to other companies.

They don’t run many promotions for their existing customers to upgrade their equipment and that would be nice but they are the only ones that have good enough cell coverage for my area and overall it is pretty decent. I like that it is do it yourself and you can pick and choose from several options what fits you best.

Frustration with multiple customer service calls about sensors that don’t fit/stick/work on our windows. Troubleshooting hasn’t worked after multiple calls but I’m told there’s Basically no way to get out of contract unless we want to spend a fortune. Got locked into an extremely long contract just for upgrading a control panel from buttons to digital, which seems unfair/ridiculous. We haven’t used the system in months bc not all sensors work yet are paying anyway.

As far as improvements, If I had to state an improvement, it would be that the wall unit be louder if and when it goes off. That would be my only improvement to request.

I appreciate the features like that it gets increasing louder. It isn’t bulky. It is discreet. The window sensors seem pretty durable. We don’t call customer service often but when we did we were squared away within ten minutes.
