If your alarm does go off they do make a point of trying to contact you. If I do set off alarms they do call ran away to make sure everything's okay. I've had no problems with Guardian.

The technician that came to install the system was very nice but I've had technical problems with the equipment and customer service says it should be working but the doorbell is not working. It is nice being able to control it from your phone.

They are pretty good and the equipment is really good. The only thing is that it works with the internet and if you have Optimum, which isn't really a good cable company, it's not really accurate.

If my alarm is activated they respond very quickly. But I have been a customer for 20 years and I asked if they could reduce my monthly payments but they refused. You are pricey compared to other companies.

The tech that came out today was great. He was very professional. Unfortunately I had a really bad experience with the phone support people. They didn't call me back. I've had the problem going on for over a month and nobody called me back. I had to call three times to get the tech to come out.

We probably need to up date but are on a fixed income.Good experience...there are no problems with system it's just getting the police to show up when system goes off due to break in or malfunction.... they don't show or even ck in the next day to see if there was a problem n was it taken care of?

I like using the app to arm or disarm the alarm. I don't like that most of the equipment never worked from the time I had the equipment installed to now ie the music and two way feature. I discontinued the two way service once I was informed it was a fee for this service that never worked.

They are too expensive and prices for their service calls are ridiculous. Also, You have to remember to catch a one month window at the end of your five year contract or you will be automatically signed up for an additional five years.

The best thing is the phone app that I can use to put it on and off when I leave. I like that I can talk to someone if the alarm is set off. I do have an issue with their contacts, the way it is set up as a five year contract, I feel like id someone moves they shouldn't have to start over on their five years.
