I have been a Guardian customer for over 20 years. Today we upgraded our system to the current technology. Our installer Denise was very professional, spent time explaining the system and suggested where to install the equipment. The only “glitch” was that the doorbell video camera could not be installed. The doorbell we had was not a mechanical doorbell so we will need to get one and then call Guardian back. The customer service representative on the phone did not discuss this with me. Denise is an asset to the Guardian Team and I hope she comes back to install the doorbell camera.
