My fiancé used them in San Antonio and he was pleased with it so I got it. The person who came out was very informative and patient and walked me through everything he was doing. He was great to work with. The equipment that was installed was great. The cameras and the lock and everything that was easy to use set up. I was previously paying thirty percent more and I didn’t have as many features.

We weren’t looking for any cheap system and I think the value of what we got is spot on. Everything from the sales to the installation to the communication with customer service folks, the people have been unequivocally cordial. They have the correct answers for everything and everything has gone smoothly. Our house feels safe. Everything looks like it is industry standard, the keypad for example it on a higher scale of technology.

Great customer service, the only thing is there is a little bit of a delay to get them to your actual home if they need to come out, I wish it could be a little bit quicker. Guardian offers a lot more for less money. They offer so many different products that can cover your house all around. It is easy to manipulate as someone who has never had a security system before because I can use it from my phone’s app. It is not complicated at all. It is very user friendly. I think the best thing would be the app on my phone that I can use to arm and disarm my system, open my garage, and everything from my phone. The equipment is easy to use and is interactive. The technician that came out was very informative, knowledgeable. When I have to make a call to customer service, my issues have been resolved and I've been getting prompt information.

I love this. It looks like an iPad. You place it and it shows pictures every time somebody comes in and out. I feel safe at home. The actual gentleman that installed it had to come back out and he came the very next day to fix all the issue. Then he came back again because he forgot to program the keys when you go in and out but came back the third time and we haven't had any problems since.

Guardian has good prices and customer service. They are super patient and not trying to up sell anything, which is great. The person who came out to install it was very friendly and kind. The technology is fairly easy to use and super up to date. It tells me when the door open every time. It makes me feel really safe. It is not that expensive and very reliable.

My sister had guardian protected and loves it so I got it. It all works well and I haven’t had a problem with it. I feel protected. I am the only one in the house and I know I can turn on the alarm and I feel good. I know if something were to happen, they’re going to call. I can make mistake of not turning off the alarm and they make sure everything is okay and so support is excellent. The only thing that kind of bothers be about guardian is that go on your phone and unlock it, it is a bit too many steps.

It was preinstalled in the home I purchased and so far I haven’t really had any issues. The representative was very informative and helpful. the best thing is getting notifications when I am away from home and them contacting you first before the police come out and check the house. I like that it is pretty simple to use and I am planning on adding a bit more.

The biggest interaction we had with customer support was setting up the install and having the guy come out and install it and all of that went really smoothly. Nothing has gone wrong with the equipment so I know that everything is effective. I like that it's integrated with the apps and you can activate or deactivate your alarm. I find that really useful and it's a pretty reasonable price.

It seems to be operating properly. I can walk in the door and set the alarm from the app and it works fine every time. Any time I wasn't able to turn the alarm off from my phone, I can unlock the door manually and the panel gave me a twenty second disarm warning so I was able to go over to the panel and shut off the alarm manually before it went off. It's a pretty good price for it, for the full monitoring and all the sensors and stuff.

Every time we called them they're very responsive and take care of the issues right on the spot. Billing was a question and they answered it. We've paid and it's good, everything is good.The system is very modern. Love the home screen and the clarity of the cameras and the sound reception is good. Love the ease of access. I love the panel and that it lets me know when the doors are open so I think those are great features. The alarm sound I heard when they tested it is very loud. They always answer their phone. This is all new to me so I'm one of those customers that has a lot of questions because I've never owned a home alarm and they answer my questions and are very patient on explaining things to me. I'm never being rushed to get off the phone. I'm very happy with that.

Overall what we paid for different products ended up being very expensive. I am a military veteran so I think there should have been considerations for that. There were different packages for different size houses. I was able to trade out things to get more cameras but that meant I didn't get certain door looks. The cameras pixelate but is does give us peace of mind and the people were friendly and we didn't have to wait on hold to get what we asked for done..

The equipment is very up to date with technology and is very easy to learn how to use, especially if you're not technology savvy. They were accommodating with respect to our situation. They were able to give me an earlier spot and attempt to make my security things happen very fast. It's easy to access and we've not had any difficulty, but I think more options would be better into managing viewing. I like the ring doorbell plan and that we can set it with our phones pretty quick. Easy to use and basically very friendly.

I was moving into the house during this time frame so I thought it was really cool that they quickly responded and called me about when they were coming and stuff and were able to install my security system during this time. I am happy with the service provided. My only complaint is about the team that performed the installation. This was well before the concerns of Coronavirus, however one of the young men who came in my house was very sick with a cold or flu. He kept sneezing and coughing, and I provided him with tissues. When I offered him a cloth to clean the surfaces where the sensor were placed, he insisted that he preferred to wipe them with his fingers. Therefore, he touched about everywhere in my house. I had to go and sanitize all the places I figured he touched, and luckily I did not catch anythinig. However, this tells me that the poor young man needed to come to work even when not feeling well because presumably he didn't have any health benefits and wasn't getting paid if not working. That says something about your company.t

About a week ago I called and the person just didn't seem to be very interested in the problem I was having. It was night time and there was no one available who could tell me why the fire thing was going off and she told me they could probably get to me next week. I toldher that is not going to work for me. I pay something every month, I would like somebody to get here once I had a problem and less than two weeks. That was followed up by two men coming over here and going through my house with me and telling me what the problem was and they were very good. You're prompt in response.

Given what we he hoped to get in a new system, we are satisfied. Guardian Protection has been very good. We did feel somewhat unfamiliar with some of the ins and outs of the system, like not knowing there was a limit of 400 video clips or how to know how many we had; how adjusting and saving the motion sensor changes on my phone did not in fact reset the changes. But when I called to ask questions the respires ratified were incredibly helpful walking me through the necessity of going to the website on the computer to adjust changes.

Very reasonably priced for the service we get. The technician that worked on our system was really helpful, clear, pleasant and efficient. We've had really great and immediate service when we've accidentally set the alarm off. It seems to be working really well. The system has not had any problems, it's easy to use and the response time has been incredible in terms of when the alarm was set.

They were very helpful and prompt in getting an appointment as soon as possible. In my opinion it's easy, the remote access on your phone it's on an app. The app is smart learning in the sense that it will detect whenever you arm the alarm at night versus when you disarm in the morning so if you miss an arm or disarm it'll send you a notification like 'I noticed you haven't set the alarm do you want to go ahead and do that now?'

I didn't really talk to customer service when I set it up but it was real easy and everything was explained to me pretty well. It's newer technology and compared to some of the other companies I checked with, it's real easy, and real user friendly. I have on the app, the motion detectors and it'll tell me that the family motion detector activated but it doesn't say which one or what time it was.

Every time I've called them, they answered very quickly. They seem to be concerned about whatever I was calling about and their staff seems to be very well trained with the appropriate answers that I was looking for. I gives me everything I need. It gives me a warning if I forgot to set the alarm before I go to bed. It seems to work extremely well. It has a nice easy to use panel, being able to turn the system to arm and disarm it seamless. I like the capability of selecting what kind of panic button is suitable for any emergency that I have.

They've been very helpful and clear and descriptive of how the system operates. We haven't had any problems but they're installation was very friendly and cordial. Very knowledgeable. The alarm pad is very functional which is great. It's very comparable to the security services we've had in the past for what we were paying for. They're very dependable. I changed my wifi. I got a different router and it caused the system to kind of not recognize a lot of things. So I had to go through and reconfigure it. I just called over the phone and the guy walking me through it took a little bit of time to get everything done. He was very patient. I've been very happy. I haven't had any problems or issues and we use it quite often and it's been great.

We did some homework on it and the ratings from people that use Guardian seem to just love it. We thought we would give it a try and I've really been very pleased. The customer service is outstanding and the support so far is really good. The other equipment I've used in the past has been very antiquated and this one is more up-to-date and that's why I like it. They always call if our alarm goes off, asks for the password, and then checks to see if we're okay. The only bad experience we had was when our motion detector went off when we weren't home. While on the phone, I told them it was probably our dogs that set it off. They wanted to send the police, so I told them I couldn't get home for about 20 mins. They were supposed to relay that to police; however, when I got home, no one was there. I forgot about this experience until I got a somewhat nasty letter from our local police, who informed me that next time I would be billed!!!

my experience has been great! the staff was friendly, the install guy was awesome. I really enjoyed having him in my home. very friendly and knowledgeable and easy to talk to. there was an issue with my garage door not working with my phone, that was not his fault it was the garage door companies fault. i have had the best experience with guardian. i hope i never have to use the system, but I am glad it is there if i needed to!

The response time is incredible. It was an accidental alarm that went off and Guardian Protection called within like thirty seconds of the alarm going off and the previous company I used took much longer. We're still new customers but for the most part I don't have any complaints so that's good. It's easily accessible from my phone. It actually works.

Whenever I call, they are very responsive and of course I don't have to wait long to get to them. Being a new customer, you tend to do some mistakes. One time I opened the kitchen door and the system alarme every time I opened the door and the notification came to me about that particular thing being open. If it's open for more than thirty minutes, I get a message as well.

The customer service has been very very helpful and answered my questions. It's my first alarm system but it's very easy to use and the screen is just a really nice screen. Very easy to look at and the app is very easy to look up. It's easy to use all of their stuff. I think it's been the support from the customer service. The actual gentleman that came in here because we had an issue with the actual builder and he was very helpful and stayed here and walked me through everything so I think that is awesome. It took me a while to understand but he took his time and spent a lot of time with me.

I've only had 60 days of experience with them and so far it's been fine. Everything's been working and it goes off when it's supposed to. It alerts you when something's openned. So far I've had no issues. They do what they advertise they do. The guy who installed the system was very knowledgeable and was very patient. He took his time explaining how the system works for me. I particularly like that because that's never happened with any other alarm company I've had previously.

Whenever we had questions or concerns, we were taken care of in a timely manner. If there's something going on around our home or inside our home, we always recieve and alarm. We are able to control our garage through phone and wi-fi and turn on and off the alarm. I think that's really really helpful and good. The cameras are able to cover what we need to be covered, high definition, it's crystal clear pictures and even being able to identify when our dog barks. I think that it's really good quality that Guardian offers.

My only complaint is that we want to change the settings on one of the alarms on the door and they wanted to charge us a pretty expensive service fee, which they reduced, but it's just changing the door lock. Even with my complaint I wouldn't leave them a less than positive review. Other than that, the equipment works and I like the app and we got an excellent deal.

I am more than pleased with Guardian Protection. As soon as my alarm goes off, they are calling me within seconds. The customer service is excellent. Every time I set off the alarm, which is frequently, they are always extremely nice and patient. Also, when I was in the hospital having surgery, I received a beautiful card from Guardian Protection. I will never switch to another company offering home security.

The system itself is functional, easy to operate and meets my security needs. Love the eady access to customer service representative s. Don't like the additional cost of noy allowing electronic processing of payment for service each month directly from my account. I prefer navigating my own payment each month by phone or mail. Yet, I pay more because of this preferred method of payment.

Every time I have to call them, they always help me with whatever I need help with. They have answers to the questions that I have. It's pretty excellent. They added some more features on there and I'm just getting used to it all but I have no problem with it. It's good. I like Guardian because it does it from my phone. It's easy to use. I get emails from them. They keep me up to date on different changes and features in the system. I think they're very thorough.

The customer support is always available to answer questions when there were a few issues and they were here right away. It's very easy to operate. I have an app on my phone that I can use electronically or just the system on the wall as well as the controls in the house. It's very simple to operate. We've been with them for thirteen years that we've been in this house and we've been very pleased.

We had a couple time when we first got the system when we came home and instead of going through the front door, my husband opened up the shed and they immediately called us to see if someone was breaking into our shed so it was really great. We did have to pay a hundred dollars for a new battery when we first got the system and I didn't think that was needing a repair.

We were happy with another company. Two young men came to my door, saying that the Police had required that everyone change to a "new" type of Security System. They REALLY pushed this, and finally convinced us to "change" to this upgraded system, and if we weren't satisfied, we could cancel it. "Strangely, there was a person out front in their vehicle, who immediately was installing the Guardian Alarm. I didn't like the "pushiness" - and the following day, I called to cancel it. We were told that it was impossible, as the Contract stated it was a number of years - (Five, I think). The little "Computer type Screen" that I'd signed, had NOTHING about that showing. That was SO VERY UNETHICAL, and we were VERY DECEIVED and ANGRY that we had fallen for their lies, and that they were so pushy. This was fairly late in the evening, we were very tired. This was certainly a "Set-Up" HOWEVER, aside from the "Arm Twisting" - we have been pleased with Guardian. Any time there has been the smallest issue, they have taken care of it right away. The "Staff" in the "Call Center" have always been very polite and helpful. Also, a few times, it has gone off in error -(example bringing in groceries with our arms filled, and not turning off the alarm quick enough). Someone calls immediately. We give our password, and all is okay. If we have a question, your Reps are very knowledgeable. NO PROBLEM THERE!

It is dependable. When something interferes with the system it is accurate. If I have any problems all I have to do is call and they walk me through what needs to be done. I think they should tell people in advance they have to replace the batteries because I had an incident were they were going off and I didn't know what was going on. Other that one thing it is great though a little expensive.
