The best thing is that it's wireless. It is hard to get a hold of them and they need to get their prices down to be more competitive. I am very disappointed.

it's been subpar. The alarms go off in the middle of the night and middle day when I'm in the shower and no-one seems to be ale to fix it. If you have recessed doors choose elsewhere.

People on the phone are nice, they try to be helpful. Equipment is junk and has been a constant problem for 8 months to a point I don''t even bother setting the alarm anymore

We've had a great deal of trouble with it since we started the service. The equipment does not seem to work and we get random alarms going off in the middle of the day, the middle of the night, in the evening.

The Old Honeywell systems were good. The New Systems are terrible and Im looking to return it as it has caused mutiple false alarms and actually has gone off line and left my property unprotected.
