Horrible service. My alarm went off in the middle of the night and I could barely here it. The doorbell alarm didn't fit and I paid too much. I don't feel secure at all with this service.

I am not happy with Frontpoint at all. They said if I didn't like it, I could send it back and get my money back and when I wanted to do that, they wouldn't give it to me so now I have the system and am not using it at all.

Horrible. Absolutely nothing, the alarm never properly functioned. Had to call customer service constantly. Spent endless hours on the phone with them, re-troubleshooting each time to never find a solution.

Nothing but problems from day one. Failure of sensors and equipment. Replacements over and over. Failure to report an alarm to center. I don't trust the alarm. Once out of contract I'll be canceling.
