I feel like i wasn’t given the truth about how freedom gets paid. I was told it was based on how much we saved. I just accepted a settlement that was 75% of the balance., saving $700 (most of that 700 was fees assesed during the chargeoff process) freedoms fee was over $400. That seems wrong to me. We literally saved nothing... please call me to explain your fees in detail again.

When I first enrolled in the program, I really didn't 'know if I was doing the right thing. Its scary at first but after talking to everyone there, I am feeling better about my decision. They are getting us out from under our credit cards. By taking over the negoteations with our creditors, they lowered our monthly payments and will have us out of debt to these cards in 4 years! They are also saving us thousands of dollars in interest! They do all the talking and are great with ANY questions you may have.

Initially, I was told my situation would stabilize, on the contrary it became much worse. I kept being harassed by creditors.
