I liked that they helped me settle my debts however I do think the settlement fees are quite high. I did have some high balance that were potential to be sued so I needed to use them as they provide legal protection as well. If you have low balances it’s best to try to settle yourself and deposit into ur own dedicated account monthly

I was given a time frame of around 6 months on my debts. It has been almost a year & a half since I started the program. It is moving forward at a slow pace even though I have increased my monthly amount. Truthfully, if I had been given an accurate overview, I would have continued paying on my original debts as I was in good standing with my debtors. Even though I was paying a lot in finance charges. I would however, recommend the program to someone overwhelmed by their debts.

Staff is friendly and helpfull. They work hard on my behalf. they successfully negotiate almost 50% reduction over all my accounts. Information is hard to get and I have to ask alot of questions for simple info, I get different answers to the same question from different staff. The website takes a long time to update changes in my account. It takes a long time for my deticated account to update. The fees are high, and there are a lot of fees. I have a feeling there are things being hidden from me.

I just can't understand for the life of me why would you negotiate to pay only $1 a month to a creditor. Oh yeah, I just got it....so you can collect more of your exorbitant fees. You are not 100% transparent with clients at the inception of signing up. Will a client save over the course, yes, but we could do better if y'all weren't so greedy. Due to this one principle I'd rather struggle and be honest and pay the interest I signed up for with the creditor. The next reason I would NEVER ever recommend tour service is I have ample money in my account and you refuse to make payments toward accounts that are due to make finale payments. REMEMBER WE ARE NOT WORKING DURING THIS PANDEMIC, yet we're trying to keep up with you. Have a heart.

The people you speak with are very friendly and helpful, BUT you never get to speak to anyone with a lot of knowledge of your account and you get different answers with everyone you speak with which is very annoying as you may assume that something is sorted but it actually is not. Also, they charge A LOT for helping you, sometimes if you don't get a good settlement you are not really saving anything.

I am well pleased with what FDR has done so far. They even got one debt settled for half the debt. I do not think you will find anyone that will work harder to get a good settlement for you.
