Handling the debit has been working. But just ran into a issue with what's going on in our USA. Needed some help and nobody could help. All I got was you Need to contact consolidation department. I called them and they said I needed to talk to FDR. After three times going back and forth I realized NOT one of your employees wanted to try and help to get me to the right place. Didn't need the added stress at this point. Still don't know. I do NOW know that I needed to start the process 3 to 4 day's prior my bad didn't know. But could not get correct anwser from anyone. Every one was different. ????????????????.????

I am very satisfied with FDR. The amount I give them each mo to pay on my accounts is great and they have paid off several of my accounts already....I am concerned that some of my larger accts. are sending me threatening letters to sue me and this is not what I signed up for....

The start was very unsure for me, I like the way an agent was able to quiet my concerns about my creditors. The way the account is handle still bothers me but other reviews made me more patient in my concerns. Still uneasy but holding on.
